Wiring member

A wiring member includes a sheet material in which a weight reduction space is formed and a wire-like transmission member fixed on the sheet material. For example, the weight reduction space includes a bottomed hole. For example, the sheet material includes a first base material in which a base material side through hole passing through the first base material in a thickness direction is formed and a second base material overlapped with the first base material to cover the base material side through hole, and the base material side through hole which is partially covered by the second base material forms the bottomed hole.

WIRING MEMBER WITH EXTERIOR MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WIRING MEMBER WITH EXTERIOR MEMBER

A wiring member with an exterior member includes a wiring member, and an exterior member. The wiring member includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members and a base material. The plurality of wire-like transmission members are fixed to the base material in an arrayed state. The exterior member includes an attachment part. The attachment part is attached to a region of the wiring member having a reduced width. In a state in which the attachment part is attached to the wiring member, a state having the reduced width of the wiring member is maintained. In the region where the attachment part is attached, at least one of the attachment part and the base material entirely covers the plurality of wire-like transmission members along a longitudinal direction.

Low dielectric constant structures for cables

A ribbon cable is described, including a plurality of conductors extending along a length of the cable, and a structured insulative tape comprising a plurality of spaced apart supports forming alternating first and second groups of supports disposed on a major surface of the structured insulative tape. Each first group of supports includes at least one taller first support, and each second group of supports includes at least one shorter second support. The insulative tape is helically wrapped around the plurality of conductors along the length of the cable such that each first group of supports is disposed between and maintains a minimum separation between two adjacent conductors, and each second group of supports is disposed around one or more conductors to maintain spacing between the conductors and an outer surface of the ribbon cable.

Flexible flat cable

A flexible flat cable capable of increasing space utilization in electronic devices by including a folding portion and by forming an independent conducting wire portion. The flexible flat cable includes a base film provided to extend in a first direction and configured to be foldable, a first conducting wire provided to extend in the first direction on the base film and including a first terminal provided at one end thereof and a first folding area terminal provided at the other end thereof, and a second conducting wire disposed next to the first conducting wire in the first direction, and including a second terminal provided at one end thereof and a second folding area terminal provided at the other end thereof, the second folding area terminal arranged spaced apart from the first folding area terminal of the first conducting wire in the first direction.

WIRING MEMBER WITH FIXING MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WIRING MEMBER WITH FIXING MEMBER

A wiring member with a fixing member includes a wiring member, and a fixing member. The wiring member includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members and a base material. The plurality of wire-like transmission members are fixed to the base material in an arrayed state. The base material is bent so as to surround the plurality of wire-like transmission members. The fixing member includes an attachment part and a fixing part. The attachment part is attached to the wiring member so as to be located on outside of the base material. The fixing part is a part being connected to the attachment part and being fixed to a fixing target of the wiring member. In a state in which the attachment part is attached to the wiring member, the base material is maintained in a bent state.

DOOR WIRING MODULE

A door wiring module includes: a door functional planar member; a wiring member wired on and held by the door functional planar member; and an exterior member in which a part of the wiring member extending to an outer side from the door functional planar member and incorporated into the door is wired and held. The door wiring module is provided to be able to be folded so that the exterior member overlaps with the door functional planar member before being incorporated into the door, and is incorporated into the door in a state where the exterior member is developed.

WIRING MEMBER

The wiring member includes an assembled wire made up of a plurality of bundled wire-like transmission members and a base member in which the assembled wire is fixed on the main surface.

WIRING MEMBER

A wiring member includes a sheet-shaped member and multiple linear transmission members that are fixed on the sheet-shaped member. The plurality of linear transmission members are fixed on the sheet-shaped member such that a portion of the plurality of linear transmission members branches with respect to another said linear transmission member at a branching portion. An intersection location of the plurality of linear transmission members is located at the branching portion.

Wiring member

A wiring member includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members disposed along a common route on an object-attached part and a base member keeping the plurality of wire-like transmission members in a flat state, wherein the plurality of wire-like transmission members include a first wire-like transmission member and a second wire-like transmission member longer than the first wire-like transmission member.

Wiring member

A wiring member includes a sheet material and a wire-like transmission member extending in a plane direction of the sheet material and fixed to the sheet material by a contact area direct fixation at intervals in three or more positions in a longitudinal direction of the wire-like transmission member. When an interval between two contact area direct fixation positions continuous in a longitudinal direction of the wire-like transmission member in contact area direct fixation positions of the sheet material and the wire-like transmission member is a fixation interval, the wiring member includes portions that differ in the fixation interval.
