WIRING MEMBER

A wiring member includes a sheet material including a first layer formed into a sheet-like shape and a second layer provided on a main surface of the first layer, and a wire-like transmission member fixed on the sheet material. The second layer is a layer mediating a bonding of the first layer and the wire-like transmission member, and includes a plurality of partial second layers provided to be separated from each other along an extension direction of the wire-like transmission member.

FLAT CABLE ASSEMBLY

The application discloses a flat cable assembly, which includes a plurality of cables arranged in a row and an insulating film. The cables have a center line and include connecting portions, a signal wire and a grounding wire respectively. The connection portions are located on one side of the center line. The insulating film is disposed on the connecting portion of any one of the cables and located on one side of the central line. The cables are exposed from the insulating film. The insulating film is disposed on a single side of the cables, whereby the cables are exposed from the insulating film. The flat cable assembly is easily manufactured and the amount of the cables therein can be varied according to real practice condition. The grounding wire is integrated to each cable, whereby the flat cable assembly has an excellent anti-EMI effect and performance in signal transmission.

WIRING MEMBER

An object is to provide a technique capable of suppressing increase in an A wiring member includes: a connector; a plurality of wire-like transmission members extending from the connector; and a sheet member in which the plurality of wire-like transmission members extending from the connector are disposed and fixed on a main surface in a state where an arrangement of the plurality of wire-like transmission members is changed to be different from an arrangement in an end surface of the connector. At least one intersection position in which the plurality of wire-like transmission members intersect with each other for changing the arrangement of the plurality of wire-like transmission members is located in a backward region of the end surface of the connector.

WIRING MEMBER

The present invention aims to suppress a case in which paths of linear transmission members are disturbed on a sheet-shaped member or linear transmission members separate from a sheet-shaped member when a wiring member obtained by fixing linear transmission members on a sheet-shaped member is folded. The wiring member includes a sheet-shaped member and multiple linear transmission members that are fixed on the sheet-shaped member. The plurality of linear transmission members are fixed on the sheet-shaped member such that a portion of the plurality of linear transmission members branches with respect to another said linear transmission member at a branching portion. An intersection location of the plurality of linear transmission members is located at only the branching portion.

Wiring member

A wiring member includes a sheet material and a plurality of insulating wires disposed to have a crossing part on a main surface of the sheet material. For example, an insulating covering of a lower wiring part in the crossing part is fixed to the sheet material in a position of the crossing part, and a thickness of at least one of the insulating covering of the lower wiring part and the sheet material in the position is reduced.

FIXING STRUCTURE OF WIRING MEMBER

A fixing structure of a wiring member includes an adhesive member, a wire-like transmission member, and an adherent. The adhesive member includes a planar base body having conductivity, a first hot-melt adhesive agent provided on one main surface of the base body, and a second hot-melt adhesive agent provided on another main surface of the base body. The base body can generate heat by induction heating using an induction heating apparatus. The wire-like transmission member is bonded to the first hot-melt adhesive agent in the adhesive member on a side of the one main surface of the base body. The adherent is bonded to the second hot-melt adhesive agent in the adhesive member on a side of the another main surface of the base body.

WIRING MEMBER

An object is to provide a technique capable of reducing a weight of a wiring member kept flat by a sheet material. A wiring member includes a sheet material in which a weight reduction space is formed and a wire-like transmission member fixed on the sheet material. For example, the weight reduction space includes a bottomed hole. For example, the sheet material includes a first base material in which a base material side through hole passing through the first base material in a thickness direction is formed and a second base material overlapped with the first base material to cover the base material side through hole, and the base material side through hole which is partially covered by the second base material forms the bottomed hole.
