A wire harness includes an electric wire having flexibility, and a flexible tubular body that has no slit on an entire region from one end to the other end of the tubular body and accommodates the electric wire. A route regulation portion for restricting the tubular body to a desired route shape is provided in a predetermined range of the tubular body in a tube axis direction of the tubular body in a state where the electric wire is accommodated in the tubular body. The route regulation portion has an injection hole that is provided in a peripheral wall of the tubular body so as to pass through the peripheral wall, and a cured portion that is injected through the injection hole and is cured in the tubular body.

Aspects of this disclosure relate to a methodology and process of hot junction formation and sheath closure for a dual-wall mineral insulated thermocouple cable. The new methods are required to maintain the integrity of both the inner and outer sheaths or inner and outer walls of a dual-walled thermocouple design. As the inner and outer sheaths are different materials, they may require closure separately with no mixing of the sheathing materials during welding.

TERMINAL-EQUIPPED WIRE AND WIRE HARNESS

A terminal-equipped wire in which a terminal fitting and a wire obtained by covering an outer periphery of a conductor with an insulating covering are electrically connected to each other at an electric connection, the terminal-equipped wire including a resin covering that is made of a resin material, and covers the electric connection, wherein: the resin covering includes, in a region that covers at least part of the terminal fitting, a first covering layer that is in contact with a surface of the terminal fitting and a second covering layer that covers at least part of the first covering layer, and the first covering layer has a recess, and the recess is covered by the second covering layer.

Bite-resistant cable with anti-rodent and anti-termite functions

A bite-resistant cable includes at least one core cable and a cover layer surrounding the at least one core cable. The cover layer contains a peppery agent and an algefacient. The content of the peppery agent is between 0.5 wt % and 5 wt % of the total weight of the cover layer. The content of the algefacient is between 0.5 wt % and 5 wt % of the total weight of the cover layer. Therefore, the service life of the cable can be extended and a stable power supply can be provided.

Double P jacket for telecommunications cable

Embodiments describe a jacket for use in a telecommunications cable. The jacket includes a jacket body. The jacket body extends along a longitudinal axis of the telecommunications cable. The longitudinal axis passes through a geometrical center of the telecommunications cable. The jacket body includes a first surface. The first surface surrounds core region of the telecommunications cable. The first surface defines a plurality of grooves extending radially outwardly from the longitudinal axis of the telecommunications cable. The plurality of grooves includes a first groove area section and a second groove area section. The first groove area section and the second groove area section are in continuous contact with each other. In addition, the jacket body includes a second surface. The second surface extends along the longitudinal axis of the telecommunications cable and disposed in a spaced relation to the first surface.
