CONDUCTOR FOR VEHICLE SYSTEMS
In examples of the disclosure, a device may be couple an electrical load to a power source. The device may have a first coupling configured to couple to the power source and a second coupling configured to couple to the electrical load. The device may have a plurality of strands electrically disposed between the first coupling and the second coupling. Each of the plurality of strands may have a coating having a resistivity greater than 1.8×10.sup.−8 Ω-m and less than 1 Ω-m and a center conductor wrapped, at least in part, by the coating.
Assembled wire, method of producing the same, and electrical equipment using the same
An assembled wire, having: an assembled conductor composed of a plurality of conductor strands each having a rectangular cross-section, stacked and arranged each other across an interlayer insulating layer; an insulating outer layer that coats the assembled conductor including the interlayer insulating layer; and an adhesion layer composed of a thermoplastic resin having a thickness of 3 μm or more and 10 μm or less between the assembled conductor and the insulating outer layer.
High frequency signal transmission cable
A high frequency signal transmission cable includes a conductor, an insulator provided over a periphery of the conductor, a plating layer provided over a periphery of the insulator, and a sheath provided over a periphery of the plating layer. A crack suppressing layer includes a non-cross-linked polyethylene is provided between the insulator and the plating layer, in such a manner as to remain in contact with the insulator while being provided with the plating layer over an entire periphery of a roughened outer surface of the crack suppressing layer. The crack suppressing layer is unadhered to the insulator. The plating layer is adhered to the crack suppressing layer. The crack suppressing layer suppresses an occurrence of a cracking in the plating layer by bending together with the plating layer while being integral and moving with the plating layer in a longitudinal direction of the cable.
Electric wire for high frequency, high voltage and large current
An electric wire for improving the adhesion force between the adjacent winding wires of a coil is described. The electric wire of the present invention may include a conductive wire with a substantially quadrilateral cross-sectional shape. The electric wire further includes a first groove and a second groove positioned diagonally at two opposite corners of the quadrilateral along a longitudinal direction of the conductive wire. An adhesive pocket filled with an adhesive is sized to fit within each of the first and second grooves at diagonally arranged opposite corners.

METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING AN ELECTRICAL CABLE WITH REDUCED SKIN EFFECT AND CORRESPONDING ELECTRICAL CABLE
An electrical cable has a cross section with an area of predetermined dimension. The cable is formed by a plurality of conductors electrically insulated from one another. A plurality of first bundles, each having at least three conductors, is formed (10), and, as long as the predetermined dimension is not reached, a plurality of (n+1).sup.th bundles each having at least three of the n.sup.th bundles, n being an integer greater than or equal to 1, is iteratively formed (14).
TWO-CORE TWISTED SHIELDED CABLE AND WIRE HARNESS
A two-core twisted shielded cable includes two insulated wires being twisted together, a metal foil shield, a metal braid, and a sheath. A relationship between an ellipse circumscribing the two insulated wires and a width of the metal foil shield is the width=an elliptical circumference/(1??), and 0.20???0.40. The metal foil shield has a thickness of 15 ?m or more and 120 ?m or less, includes a metal layer and a PET film layer, and 0.10?(a metal layer thickness/a PET film layer thickness)?1.25.
