Signal transmission cable
A signal transmission cable includes: at least one conductor including at least one wire; a covering layer coating the at least one conductor, the covering layer being made of an insulator; a coating layer coating a periphery of the covering layer; and a plated layer coating the coating layer, the plated layer being made of a material including a metallic material.
Coaxial cable and method for forming the cable
A cable may include a include an inner conductor and an outer conductor coaxially arranged around the inner conductor. A dielectric strength member may be positioned between the inner and outer conductors. The dielectric strength member may have a tensile strength of at least 10,000 MPa. Additionally, a jacket may be formed around the outer conductor.
COAXIAL CABLE AND MEDICAL CABLE
A coaxial cable includes a central conductor, a plurality of insulating twisted threads or insulation strings wound therearound, each insulating twisted thread including a plurality of insulating strings twisted together, a cover layer provided around the insulating twisted threads or the insulation strings to form a gap to the insulating twisted threads or the insulation strings, and an outer conductor and a jacket provided on the outer periphery of the cover layer.
RF connector
A connector secured to a coaxial cable having a conducting core. The connector includes a housing having a body having a central vertical axis and defining a chamber extending along the central vertical axis, a dielectric disposed in the chamber of the housing; and a signal contact disposed in the chamber of the housing and held by the dielectric. The signal contact includes a head having a top face and an opposite bottom face, a ferrule member projecting away from the top face of the head, and a pin projecting away from the bottom face of the head. The ferrule member includes a passage extending in a direction transverse to the central vertical axis, and the passage receives a terminating portion of the conducting core. The ferrule member is crimped to the terminating portion of the conducting core.
Transmission cable and display system
A transmission cable including a signal wire and a shielding layer is provided. The signal wire is configured to transmit a differential signal provided by an eDP interface or a V-by-one interface. The shielding layer is configured to cover the signal wire. An end of the signal wire receives the differential signal provided by the eDP interface or the V-by-one interface, and another end of the signal wire outputs the differential signal provided by the eDP interface or the V-by-one interface. In addition, a display system is also provided.
Noise reduction element
A noise reduction element includes a protruded portion on which a bent portion of a conductive wire is hooked, and a winder portion around which both a first conductive wire portion extending in one direction from the bent portion of the conductive wire hooked on the protruded portion and a second conductive wire portion extending in another direction from the bent portion of the conductive wire hooked on the protruded portion are wound in a state where the first and second conductive wire portions are parallel to each other.
Drain-aligned cable and method for forming same
A dual-axial cable may include adjacent and substantially parallel first and second wires, each wire formed from an electrical conductor surrounded by a respective first and second electrical insulator having a lengthwise flat face outward side and having respective first and second inward sides of an interlocking structure, the first and second inward sides of the interlocking structure of the first and second electrical insulators mutually engaging to prevent a relative transverse displacement of the first and second wires and maintaining planar alignment of the flat face and electrical conductor of the first and second wires and to maintain the flat faces parallel to one another. The dual-axial cable may also include first and second drain conductors formed respectively on the flat faces of the first and second electrical insulators and running adjacent and substantially parallel to the first and second electrical conductors.
Cable harness
A cable harness comprises a coaxial cable and a connector. The coaxial cable comprises an outer conductor formed of a plurality of wires and a second insulator covering the outer conductor. The outer conductor has a partially-exposed portion. The partially-exposed portion is formed with a connection portion. The second insulator has a partial cover. In a perpendicular plane perpendicular to the front-rear direction, the partial cover covers the partially-exposed portion while at least the connection portion is exposed. The connector comprises a second conductor. The second conductor has a pressure-holding portion. The pressure-holding portion presses the partial cover to hold the partial cover and is connected to the connection portion in a perpendicular direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction.
ELECTRICAL CABLE
An electrical cable includes a conductor assembly having a first conductor, a second conductor, a first insulator surrounding the first conductor and a second insulator surrounding the second conductor. The first insulator has a first thickness between the first conductor and an outer surface. The second insulator has a second thickness between the second conductor and an outer surface. The first thickness is greater than the second thickness. A cable shield is wrapped around the conductor assembly and engages the outer surface of the first insulator along a first segment and engaging the outer surface of the second insulator along a second segment. The cable shield has an inner edge and a flap covering the inner edge. The cable shield forms a void at the inner edge located closer to the first conductor than the second conductor.
