SHIELDED ELECTRICAL CABLE
A shielded electrical cable includes conductor sets extending along a length of the cable and spaced apart from each other along a width of the cable. First and second shielding films are disposed on opposite sides of the cable and include cover portions and pinched portions arranged such that, in transverse cross section, the cover portions of the films in combination substantially surround each conductor set. An adhesive layer bonds the shielding films together in the pinched portions of the cable. A transverse bending of the cable at a cable location of no more than 180 degrees over an inner radius of at most 2 mm causes a cable impedance of the selected insulated conductor proximate the cable location to vary by no more than 2 percent from an initial cable impedance measured at the cable location in an unbent configuration.
HIGH DENSITY SHIELDED ELECTRICAL CABLE AND OTHER SHIELDED CABLES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A shielded electrical ribbon cable includes adjacent first and second longitudinal conductor sets where each conductor set includes two or more insulated conductors. The first conductor set also includes a ground conductor that generally lies in the plane of the insulated conductors of the first conductor set. At least 90% of the periphery of each conductor set is encompassed by a shielding film. First and second non-conductive polymeric films are disposed on opposite sides of the cable and form cover portions substantially surrounding each conductor set, and pinched portions on each side of each conductor set. When the cable is laid flat, the distance between the center of the ground conductor of the first conductor set and the center of the nearest insulated conductor of the second conductor set is σ1, the center-to-center spacing of the insulated conductors of the second conductor set is σ2, and σ1/σ2 is greater than 0.7.

A COMPOSITE CABLE
A composite cable 1 for data and video signal communication, the composite cable including: an inner layer 11 formed by twisting multiple small diameter electric wires and multiple large diameter electric wires 50 (each having an outer diameter equivalent to the small diameter electric wire or more); and an outer layer 12 formed by twisting multiple coaxial wires 60 (each having an outer diameter equivalent to the large diameter electric wire 50 or more) and one of the large diameter electric wires 50 around the inner layer 1, wherein the coaxial wire 60 and the large diameter electric wire 50 are in close contact within the outer layer 12.

CABLE
A cable includes: a pair of core wires; a shielding layer covering the pair of core wires; and an outer insulating layer covering the shielding layer, wherein each of the core wires includes an inner conductor, an inner insulating layer covering the inner conductor, and a first shielding layer covering the inner insulating layer, and each core wire includes only one inner conductor.
CABLE
A cable includes: a pair of wires including two inner conductors and a respective insulating layer covering each of the two inner conductors; a first shielding layer covering the pair of wires; a second shielding layer covering the first shielding layer; and an outer coating layer covering the second shielding layer, wherein the insulation layer is covered with a sheath layer that is simultaneously extruded and formed, and the sheath layer covers the wires so that the two wires abut each other in parallel.
Optical-electric composite cable and method for manufacturing the same
An optical-electric composite cable includes a cable unit, at least one metal wire, and a sheath. The cable unit includes at least one optical fiber and a twisted pair wire twisted with the at least one optical fiber. The at least one metal wire is disposed around the cable unit. The sheath surrounds the cable unit and the at least one metal wire.

High-speed flat cable having better bending/folding memory and manufacturing method thereof
A high-speed flat cable includes a plurality of shielded signal units, one or more bendable composite layers, and an adhesive layer. The shielded signal units are substantially coplanar, spaced apart from each other or adjoining each other. The one or more bendable composite layers includes an inner insulating film layer, a bendable aluminum foil layer, and an outer insulating film layer. The one or more bendable composite layers composed of the inner insulating film layer, the bendable aluminum foil layer, and the outer insulating film layer increase its mechanical bending/folding property to improve the bending/folding memory. The one or more bendable composite layers allows the flat cable to be bent with ease without rebounding, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
