Method and device for processing a cable
A method for processing a cable includes a drawing-out step and a placement step. In the drawing-out step, a loop of the cable is drawn out over a guide body arranged on a loop placement surface. The loop is drawn out to a specified length using a driven dog. In the placement step, the loop is placed onto the loop placement surface by the dog. In the process, the loop is placed over the guide body.

Provided are an electric wire conductor having both flexibility and a space-saving property, a covered electric wire, and a wiring harness containing such an electric wire conductor. The electric wire conductor contains a plurality of elemental wires, and has a flat portion in which a cross-section intersecting an axial direction of the wire strand has a flat shape. Deformation ratios of the elemental wires at peripheral end parts in a width direction are 70% or lower of deformation ratios of the elemental wires at center parts. Further, a covered electric wire contains the electric wire conductor and an insulator covering the electric wire conductor.
Wire harness with sewing and manufacturing method of wire harness
The wire harness includes a sheathing member that is formed in a sheet shape, at least one electric wire that is arranged on a first principal surface side of the sheathing member, and a sewing thread that sews the electric wire to the sheathing member. A partial region of the sheathing member that is arranged along an extension direction of the electric wire is in a flat state, while another at least partial region of the sheathing member that is arranged along the extension direction of the electric wire is curved in a direction intersecting with the extension direction of the electric wire.
WIRE HARNESS AND WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING METHOD
A wire harness including: a wire bundle that includes a plurality of wires, each wire of the plurality of wires includes a conductor and an insulating covering that covers an outer circumference of the conductor, and each wire of the plurality of wires includes an exposed portion at which the conductor is exposed from the insulating covering; a splice body; and a waterproofing cover, wherein: at the splice body, the exposed portions of the wires forming the wire bundle are bonded to each other, a portion of the wire bundle that is adjacent to the splice body and at which the conductors are covered by the insulating coverings is a covered region, the waterproofing cover integrally covers the splice body and the covered region with a resin material.
Apparatus, system and method adapted to enable automated wire reading and manufacture of wire harnesses
The device, system and process of the present invention greatly reduces the time and space necessary to assemble a wire harness enables efficient manufacture of wire harnesses. The present invention comprises at least a wire viewer module, a machine vision and optical character recognition module, a cassette tray platform, designed to receive and hold in place a cassette tray, having one or more receptacles designed to receive and hold in place a wire harness connector, having multiple pin-hole cavities illuminated from below or behind by a light source mounted on a two-axis translation stage or gantry to identify a cavity for wire insertion. Moreover, the present invention may further comprise a portable, computer-implemented system capable of executing a series of automated process steps designed to identify wire markings and guide the error-free insertion of identified wires into wire harness connector pin-hole receptacles for assembly of a wire harness.
WIRE HARNESS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes: an electrical wire including a core wire and an insulating covering for covering the core wire; and a sheet material in which the electrical wire is disposed on a resin main surface, and a part of the main surface having contact with the electrical wire is welded to the insulating covering of the electrical wire, thereby forming an electrical wire fixing part. A thickness dimension of a first covering part in the insulating covering on a side of the electrical wire fixing part in relation to the core wire is formed smaller than a thickness dimension of a second covering part located on an opposite side of the core wire.
WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING METHOD
A wire harness manufacturing system includes a conduction inspection device configured to inspect a conductive state at a position of other end of each of a plurality of sub-harnesses in a state that one end of each of the plurality of sub-harnesses is connected to a control box, and an information writing device configured to write terminal information of the plurality of sub-harnesses in a box side storage portion of the control box.
WIRE HARNESS ROUTING STRUCTURE FOR PANEL, HARNESS MODULE, AND WIRE HARNESS ROUTING METHOD FOR PANEL
A wire harness routing structure for a panel, includes: a panel member that includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a wire harness that is routed to the panel member. The first surface has a harness accommodating groove that accommodates a harness main body of the wire harness, the harness accommodating groove being recessed toward the second surface. A resin cured portion that holds the harness main body is formed in the harness accommodating groove. The resin cured portion is formed by a resin with which a predetermined range of the harness accommodating groove is filled and which is cured.
Monitoring device and method thereof
A monitoring device for managing at least one applicator fixture mounted on an applicator which has a magnetic body and connects a terminal to wiring via up and down movement. The monitoring device having a magnetic sensor which is mounted on the applicator and senses the movement of the magnetic body. At least one slave module receives identification information of the applicator fixture and mobility information of the magnetic body sensed by the magnetic sensor. A master module receives the identification information of the applicator fixture and the mobility information of the magnetic body in real time from the at least one slave module, while an interface module generates a monitoring interface indicating the degree of use of at least one applicator fixture by using the identification information of the applicator fixture and the mobility information of the magnetic body.
WIRE HARNESS PRODUCING DEVICE
A wire harness-producing device configured to produce a wire harness by displaying a wire laying-out image in a full size in a length direction on a plurality of display devices, and laying out electric wires along the wire laying-out image. The wire harness-producing device includes an electric wire-feeding device to allow the electric wires to be manually pulled out, a storage section to store operation recipe information therein, and a displaying control section to perform a displaying control on the display devices.
