The locking mount is rotated to a locked position in the grid tile to secure the locking mount and the wire routing accessory mounted thereto.
Wire harness
Provided is a wire harness capable of maintaining a predetermined bent shape. The wire harness has a conductor, an outer member that encloses the conductor, a rigid conductor portion that is included in the conductor and that has rigidity and is capable of retaining a bent shape, and a rigid outer portion that is included in the outer member and that has rigidity and is capable of retaining a bent shape, with the rigid conductor portion being arranged on the inner side of the rigid outer portion, and a bent portion being formed by the rigid outer portion and the rigid conductor portion together having undergone a bending process.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEALING A WIRING-HARNESS
A method of sealing a wiring-harness includes the steps of: a) dispensing a length of a sealing-tape onto a platform, the sealing-tape having a first-surface and a second-surface opposite the first-surface. b) separating a plurality of wire-cables from a portion of the wiring-harness. c) applying the plurality of wire-cables to a first-half of the first-surface of the sealing-tape. d) folding a second-half of the sealing-tape over the separated plurality of wire-cables such that the second-half overlays the first-half. e) pressing the second-half of the sealing-tape such that the second-half contacts the first-half between the separated plurality of wire-cables, thereby forming a cable-band. f) coiling the cable-band into a generally cylindrical-shaped seal. g) compressing the cylindrical-shaped seal isostatically such that interstitial-voids within the cylindrical-shaped seal are reduced in size.
An apparatus for sealing a wiring-harness is also provided.
RESIN COMPOSITION, RESIN-COATING MATERIAL, VEHICLE WIRE HARNESS AND METHOD OF PRODUCING VEHICLE WIRE HARNESS
A resin composition, containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A); and 15 to 30 mass parts of a bromine-based flame retardant (B), 5 to 15 mass parts of antimony trioxide (C), 6 to 12 mass parts of a benzimidazole-based aging retardant (D), 2 to 4 mass parts of a phenol-based aging retardant (E), 2 to 4 mass parts of a thioether-based aging retardant (F), 0.5 to 2 mass parts of a copper inhibitor (G), and 3 to 6 mass parts of a crosslinking aid (H), with respect to 90 to 100 mass parts of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A); a vehicle wire harness; and, a method of producing a vehicle wire harness.
MULTI-CORE CABLE CORE ALIGNMENT DEVICE AND MULTI-CORE CABLE CORE ALIGNMENT METHOD
A multi-core cable core aligning device is composed of a temporary holding mechanism, which is configured to arrange tips of a plurality of cores exposed at one end of a multi-core cable in a row along a predetermined arranging direction, and temporarily hold each one of the plurality of cores in such a manner as to be movable along the predetermined arranging direction, a transferring mechanism, which is configured to transfer the plurality of cores one by one while separating the plurality of cores held by the temporary holding mechanism one by one from other ones of the plurality of cores, and an aligning mechanism, which is configured to align and hold the plurality of cores with a predetermined space between adjacent ones of the plurality of cores while holding the plurality of cores transferred by the transferring mechanism one by one at spaced intervals.
Distribution member and method of manufacturing the same
A distribution member includes plural electric wire pairs each including a pair of electric wires, a first fixing member integrally fixing the electric wire pairs, and a second fixing member that is separated from the first fixing member and integrally fixes electric wires of at least one of the electric wire pairs. The first fixing member and the second fixing member each include a holder holding the electric wires and a resin mold part that includes a molding resin and is molded so as to cover a part of the electric wire pairs held by the holder. The holder includes at least one interposed part that is interposed between the held electric wires. The distribution member further includes a combining part that is integrally formed with the holders of the first and second fixing members and combines the holders of the first and second fixing members.
Terminal insertion device and wiring module manufacturing method
An object is to be able to inexpensively manufacture a holder that holds a connector for inserting a terminal. A terminal insertion device inserts a terminal into a cavity formed in a connector. The terminal insertion device includes: a holder in which a holding recess is formed; a push mechanism that pushes the connector held inside the holding recess so as to protrude from the opening; a positioning portion that receives and positions the connector at a position forward of the opening; and a terminal insertion mechanism that inserts the terminal into the cavity of the connector positioned by the positioning portion.
MONITORING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a monitoring device for managing at least one applicator fixture mounted on an applicator which has a magnetic body and connects a terminal to wiring via up and down movement, the monitoring device comprising: a magnetic sensor which is mounted on the applicator and senses the movement of the magnetic body; at least one slave module which receives identification information of the applicator fixture and mobility information of the magnetic body sensed by the magnetic sensor; a master module which receives the identification information of the applicator fixture and the mobility information of the magnetic body in real time from the at least one slave module; and an interface module that generates a monitoring interface indicating the degree of use of at least one applicator fixture by using the identification information of the applicator fixture and the mobility information of the magnetic body.
Method for mounting a sheath on a wire harness and a set comprising a sheath and a wire harness
The method for fitting a sheath on a cable harness includes a series of steps including determining the length of sheath to be used, mounting the sheath on a mounting tool of tubular shape, inserting the cable harness into the mounting tool, removing the mounting tool and arranging the sheath around the cable harness, fitting a sheath stop at one of the ends of the sheath, the sheath stop fastening the end of the sheath to the cable harness stretching the sheath over the cable harness so as to extend it and tension it, and fitting a sheath stop at the other one of the ends of the sheath.
