A method for forming an article of manufacture using additive manufacturing, includes: a processor executing program instructions to: (a) rotate an object continuously about a horizontal axis using a first rotational stage, wherein the object is partially submerged in a bath of energy curable liquid formulation during the rotation; (b) control a rate of rotation of the object to achieve a desired radial thickness of a sub layer of uncured liquid formulation at a desired rotational location on the object; (c) direct an energy source to provide an energy dose onto the object at a desired rotational location, wherein the energy dose is configured to cure and solidify the sub layer; and repeat (a), (b) and (c) until a desired radial thickness of a cured liquid formulation layer is a achieved.

Pluggable high-voltage bushing and high-voltage installation having the pluggable high-voltage bushing

A high-voltage bushing can be plugged into a bushing socket of an electrical device of a high-voltage installation. The high-voltage bushing has an internal conductor, an insulating body which at least partly encloses the internal conductor, and a plug-in section for plugging the high-voltage bushing into the bushing socket. A heat pipe is provided in the internal conductor. The heat pipe is at least partly filled with a vaporizable cooling liquid and the heat pipe extends into the plug-in section. A high-voltage installation having the high-voltage bushing is also provided.

Pluggable high-voltage bushing and high-voltage installation having the pluggable high-voltage bushing

A high-voltage bushing can be plugged into a bushing socket of an electrical device of a high-voltage installation. The high-voltage bushing has an internal conductor, an insulating body which at least partly encloses the internal conductor, and a plug-in section for plugging the high-voltage bushing into the bushing socket. A heat pipe is provided in the internal conductor. The heat pipe is at least partly filled with a vaporizable cooling liquid and the heat pipe extends into the plug-in section. A high-voltage installation having the high-voltage bushing is also provided.

High-voltage pulse generator

A high-voltage pulse generator including a plurality of stages and an electrode for returning current to ground, connected in series, each of the stages including at least one energy storage element connected in series with a spark gap. The spark gaps are distributed on an axis, the odd-numbered energy storage elements are arranged on one side of the spark gap axis, and the even-numbered energy storage elements are arranged on the other side of the spark gap axis, such that the circuit formed by the plurality of stages and the current return electrode have a reduced inductance during a discharge phase of the generator, with respect to a generator including the same components laid out according to a conventional architecture.

High-voltage pulse generator

A high-voltage pulse generator including a plurality of stages and an electrode for returning current to ground, connected in series, each of the stages including at least one energy storage element connected in series with a spark gap. An electrically conductive connection extends between the inner conductor and a first control insert that is closest to the inner conductor. An electrically conductive connection extends between the inner conductor and a second control insert. The second control insert extends axially beyond the first control insert to a foot end of the high-voltage device.

The contact-making device has a contact element which is composed of electrically conductive material and is electrically connected to the contact insert. The contact element is fixed by adhesive bonding to a conductive substrate which is in electrical contact with the internal conductor.

The contact-making device has a contact element which is composed of electrically conductive material and is electrically connected to the contact insert. The contact element is fixed by adhesive bonding to a conductive substrate which is in electrical contact with the internal conductor.
