Bolus Delivery Device
A bolus delivery device is provided that comprises a housing and a reservoir defined by an activation dome and a reservoir seat and disposed within the housing for receipt of a volume of a fluid. The bolus delivery device further comprises a bladder disposed in the housing that is in fluid communication with the reservoir for receipt of the fluid from the reservoir; an actuator; an inlet conduit in fluid communication with the reservoir for providing the fluid to the reservoir; and an outlet conduit in fluid communication with the bladder for providing the fluid to a patient. The actuator is in operative communication with the reservoir to initiate a flow of the fluid from the reservoir to the bladder. The bladder expands as the bladder receives the fluid and contracts as the bladder dispenses the fluid. An infusion assembly including a bolus delivery device also is provided.
Autonomous drug delivery system
An autonomous drug delivery system advantageously utilizes physiological monitor outputs so as to automatically give a bolus of a rescue drug or other necessary medication when certain criteria and confidence levels are met. An emergency button is provided to manually trigger administration of the rescue drug. The rescue drug may be an opioid antagonist in response to an analgesia overdose, a hypotensive drug to avert an excessive drop in blood pressure or an anti-arrhythmia drug to suppress abnormal heartbeats, to name a few.
Medical pump system for improved pain management
A pump system for pain management may receive input related to a patient's real-time pain to provide automatic adjustments of pain medication bolus delivery based on deduced patient pain. The pump may also collect pain management information during the delivery of pain medication to provide data for improved pain management protocols.
USER EXPERIENCE FOR INFUSION PUMPS
Infusion pump interfaces providing simple and intuitive user experiences. A controller display subsystem for implementing infusion pump interfaces includes a processor, a memory, display logic, keypad I/O, and screen I/O. Display logic can command the processor via the memory to implement desirable displays on screen I/O.

MEDICINAL LIQUID PUSHING APPARATUS AND MEDICINAL LIQUID INJECTION APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
A medicinal liquid pushing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure has a medicinal liquid channel that guides a flow of a medicinal liquid. The medicinal liquid pushing apparatus includes: a reservoir defining an internal space configured to store a medicinal liquid on the medicinal liquid channel; a reservoir pushing member configured to press the reservoir downward; a button member disposed to be spaced apart upward from the reservoir pushing member and configured to be movable downward; and a pressing member disposed between the button member and the reservoir pushing member and configured such that a lower end of the pressing member presses the reservoir pushing member downward while the pressing member is compressively and elastically deformed in an upper-lower direction when an upper end of the pressing member is pushed downward by the button member.
Medical fluid injector and medical fluid supply device including same
A medical fluid injector is connected to a supply tube through which medical fluid is supplied and a discharge tube through which the medical fluid is discharged. The medical fluid injector has a housing body and a reservoir module which is disposed within the housing body. The housing body has a grip portion, which has a length in the longitudinal direction that is greater than a width in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and a pair of button protection arms located at one end adjacent to the grip portion. The reservoir module has a reservoir bag, which stores and discharges the medical fluid, and a push button which pushes the reservoir bag to discharge the medical fluid in the reservoir bag. The reservoir bag is fluidically connected to the supply tube and the discharge tube. A portion of the push button is positioned between the button protection arms.
Drug solution injection system, drug solution injection device, drug solution injection method, and program
A medical fluid injection device includes a pump, a communication part, a pump control part, and a storage part. The pump control part is configured to control the pump to start a medical fluid injection when the communication part receives a start signal, and stop the medical fluid injection when the communication part receives a stop signal. The storage part is configured to store start inputter information together with start instruction information indicating that an instruction to start the medical fluid injection is given, and stop inputter information together with stop instruction information indicating that an instruction to stop the medical fluid injection is given.

MODULAR INFUSION SYSTEM
A pump system is disclosed that comprises a control unit and one or more modular pumping units removably docked to the primary control unit. Each modular pumping unit comprises a pumping mechanism and a processor configured to control the pumping mechanism and communicate with the control unit. The modular pumping unit is configured to manipulate a portion of a fluid delivery set to pump a fluid. The first processor and the second processor are configured to exchange one or more operating parameters when the modular pumping unit is docked to the primary control unit. The modular pumping unit is configured to pump the fluid after being undocked.
