SYSTEM AND METHOD USING INTERNAL CANCELLATION MAGNETS TO CONTROL MAGNETIC WHEEL ADHESION
20230356543 · 2023-11-09 ·

A system and method control magnetic adhesion of a wheel to a surface using internal cancellation magnets. An inner annular disc of the wheel comprises a non-magnetic material and has first and second apertures which retain magnets while an outer annular disc comprises a ferromagnetic material and is disposed on a side of the inner annular disc and has a non-magnetic isolator ring which extends in a serpentine manner. In one configuration, the curves of the serpentine isolator ring isolate the first magnets from the second magnets. In another configuration, the outer annular disc rotates relative to the inner annular disc to dispose the curves of the serpentine isolator ring in a second position to allow magnetic interaction between the first and second magnets to generate a second magnetic flux between the second magnets and the ferromagnetic surface to thereby decrease the adhesion of the wheel to the ferromagnetic surface.

A process for magnetically sorting biological objects includes the steps of applying a magnetic field generated by a magnetic assembly to a flexible conduit; flowing a sample fluid containing magnetically labeled biological objects through the flexible conduit to collect the magnetically labeled biological objects on a conduit wall; removing the magnetic field from the flexible conduit; and mechanically deforming the flexible conduit to loosen the magnetically labeled biological objects collected on the conduit wall.

WEARING MEMBERS, WEARING DEVICES, AND CHARGING SYSTEMS

The present disclosure discloses a wearing member, a wearable device, and a charging system. The wearing member includes a housing and one or more electronic devices. The housing includes a first connection section and a concave section. The concave section is connected to one end of the first connection section, and the concave section forms a downward hollow in a wearing state. At least a portion of the one or more electronic devices are disposed in the concave section. Through the above manner, the wearing member disclosed in the present disclosure can utilize an installation space therein fully, optimizing a layout of the one or more electronic devices, which minimizes the wearing member and improves the utilization rate of the space.

Operation device that produces clicking sensation, and electronic apparatus
11450462 · 2022-09-20 · ·

An operation device that provides a clicking sensation, with a compact size and excellent durability. The operation device includes an operation member operated by a user. A magnet has a plurality of magnetic poles and is fixed to the operation member. A movable member includes a first magnetic pole portion and a second magnetic pole portion and is pivotally movably arranged on the magnet. When the operation member is operated in a state in which an attractive force is acting between a magnetic pole of the magnet and the first magnetic pole portion, the attractive force acting between them is reduced. Further, by the movement of the movable member, an attractive force comes to act between another magnetic pole of the magnet and the second magnetic pole portion.
