SOLENOID ACTUATOR

A solenoid actuator includes a casing body having a receiving space defined therein; a casing cover coupled to the casing body, wherein the casing cover includes a connector for transmission of power and signal; a bobbin assembly installed in the receiving space; a core coupled to and extending through the bobbin assembly, wherein the core has a working space defined therein; a housing surrounding a lower end of the core protruding out of the bobbin assembly; a plunger movably installed in the working space; and a rod coupled to and extending through the core, wherein the rod moves under movement of the plunger. The bobbin assembly includes a bobbin terminal, and the casing cover includes a connector terminal, wherein when the casing cover is coupled to the casing body, the connector terminal is connected to the bobbin terminal.

Solenoid apparatus and methods of assembly

In one aspect, there is disclosed a solenoid having a bobbin with a core wire positioned about the bobbin to form a coil. A power supply wire is connected an end of the core wire and a frame is connected to the bobbin. An overmolded housing surrounds the core wire, the frame and a portion of the power supply wire.

Electromagnetic coupling device

An electromagnetic coupling device includes an electromagnetic coil, a field core including a recessed portion containing the electromagnetic coil, and a terminal block inserted in a hole passing through the wall of the recessed portion. The terminal block includes a terminal portion projecting outside the field core, a pair of terminals provided at the terminal portion, and a pair of through holes passing through the terminal block via the pair of terminals. The winding start end and winding termination end of the electromagnetic coil pass through the pair of through holes, project from the pair of terminals, and are soldered to the pair of terminals together with a pair of external connection lead wires.

Standby connector

A standby connector 13 connectable to a device-side connector 10 mounted on a solenoid 12 includes a connector housing 22 connectable to the device-side connector 10 along a connecting direction, and a holder 33 for holding the connector housing 22. The holder 33 includes a pair of resilient deforming portions 35 located on both lateral sides of the connector housing 22 with respect to an intersecting direction intersecting the connecting direction and resiliently deformable in the intersecting direction. The pair of resilient deforming portions 35 come into contact with the connector housing 22 to be resiliently deformed when a force in the intersecting direction is applied to the connector housing 22.

Field core unit for electromagnetic clutch

A field core unit for an electromagnetic clutch can include: a field coil generating a magnetic flux; a magnetic part provided with an annular-shaped insertion groove encompassing lower and side portions of the field coil such that the magnetic flux flows through the magnetic part; and a field core configured such that an upper surface thereof is open and an interior space is formed therein. The magnetic part can be inserted into the field core.

Coil assembly and brake control device

A coil assembly includes: a bobbin; a coil including a winding around the bobbin; a yoke attached to the bobbin; and a connection terminal electrically connected to the winding. The connection terminal is a press-fit terminal that includes a terminal portion projecting perpendicularly from the bobbin outward in an axial direction of the bobbin. The yoke is arranged on a side of the bobbin that is opposite to the terminal portion in an axial direction of the terminal portion, and supports the press-fit terminal.

Split-body electromagnet

The present disclosure discloses a split-type electromagnet, wherein the split-type electromagnet comprises a housing and an iron core, the housing and the iron core are of a split type, wherein the iron core is fixed within the housing after the coil has been wound on the iron core, and the housing is a cylindrical body or an ellipsoidal body or a cross section of the housing is a sector-shaped ring or a rectangular ring. Compared with the integrated type of the housing and the iron core in the prior art, the winding of the coil of the electromagnet is more convenient. Furthermore, when the cross section of the housing of the electromagnet is a sector-shaped ring, a plurality of electromagnets are combined to form an electromagnet unit, and when the space is restricted, the electromagnet unit may be used to complete the electromagnetic attraction.
