Inductor component
An inductor component includes a base body, a first coil line and a second coil line, a first substantially columnar line and a second substantially columnar line, and a third substantially columnar line and a fourth substantially columnar line. The first substantially columnar line is located closer to the third substantially columnar line than the fourth substantially columnar line. A minimum distance X1 between the first substantially columnar line and the third substantially columnar line is shorter than a minimum distance Y between a first portion of the first coil line and a second portion of the second coil line.
Coil component
A coil component includes a body, a coil portion disposed inside the body, a first external electrode and a second external electrode spaced apart from each other on one surface of the body and connected to the coil portion, a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer respectively connected to the one surface of the body, respectively disposed to side surfaces of the body to extend upwardly of the one surface of the body, and a third insulating layer and a fourth insulating layer respectively connected to the one surface of the body, respectively disposed on end surfaces of the body and each extending upwardly of the one surface of the body. A portion of each of the first and second external electrodes, exposed from the first to fourth insulating layers, is spaced apart from each of a plurality of edges of the one surface of the body.
PACKAGE SUBSTRATE, ELECTRONIC DEVICE PACKAGE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a package substrate and method of manufacturing the same. The package substrate includes a substrate, an electronic component and a conductive trace. The electronic component is disposed in the substrate, and the electronic component includes a magnetic layer and a conductive wire. The conductive wire includes a first section embedded in the magnetic layer, and a second section connected to the first section and thinner than the first section. A first upper surface of the first section is covered by the magnetic layer, a second upper surface of the second section is lower than the first upper surface, and the magnetic layer includes a first recess disposed in the upper surface and exposing the second upper surface of the second section. The first conductive trace is in the first recess and electrically connected to the second upper surface of the second section of the conductive wire.
Coil component
A coil component includes a body having a bottom surface and a top surface opposing each other in one direction, and a plurality of walls each connecting the bottom surface to the top surface of the body; recesses respectively formed in both front and rear surfaces of the body opposing each other among the plurality of walls of the body and extending up to the bottom surface of the body; a coil portion buried in the body and including first and second lead-out portions exposed to internal walls and lower ledge surfaces of the recesses; first and second external electrodes respectively including connection portions disposed in the recesses and extended portions disposed on the bottom surface of the body, and connected to the coil portion; a shielding layer including a cap portion disposed on the top surface of the body and side wall portions respectively disposed on the plurality of walls of the body; and an insulating layer disposed between the body and the shielding layer and extending onto lower ledge surfaces and internal walls of the recesses to cover the connection portions.
Inductor and producing method thereof
An inductor includes a wire having a width W, and a first electrode and a second electrode continuous to each of both ends of the wire. The wire, the first electrode, and the second electrode are present on the same plane. The plane area S1 of the first electrode and the plane area S2 of the second electrode are a square value (W.sup.2) or more of the width W. An area in which the wire is disposed is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The area has a length X in a longitudinal direction equal to a length L between the first electrode and the second electrode along a facing direction of the first electrode and the second electrode, and a length Y in a short-length direction in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The length X in the longitudinal direction is 1.5 times or more of the length Y in the short-length direction.
Inductor component and method of manufacturing same
An inductor component comprising an insulating layer containing no magnetic substance, a spiral wiring formed on a first principal surface of the insulating layer and wound on the first principal surface, and a magnetic layer in contact with at least a portion of the spiral wiring.
INDUCTOR COMPONENT
An inductor component comprising a spiral wiring wound on a plane; a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer located at positions sandwiching the spiral wiring from both sides in a normal direction relative to the plane on which the spiral wiring is wound; a vertical wiring extending from the spiral wiring in the normal direction to pass through the first magnetic layer; and an external terminal disposed on a surface of the first magnetic layer to connect an end surface of the vertical wiring. The first magnetic layer has magnetic permeability lower than that of the second magnetic layer.
LC composite component
An LC composite component includes a non-magnetic substrate, a magnetic layer with magnetism, capacitors, inductors, and core parts with magnetism. The non-magnetic substrate includes a first surface and a second surface on a side opposite to the first surface. The magnetic layer is disposed to face the first surface of the non-magnetic substrate. The inductors and the capacitors are disposed between the first surface of the non-magnetic substrate and the magnetic layer. The core parts are disposed between the first surface of the non-magnetic substrate and the magnetic layer and connected to the magnetic layer. The thickness of the core parts is 1.0 or more times the thickness of the magnetic layer in a direction perpendicular to the first surface of the non-magnetic substrate, and each of the magnetic layer and the core parts contains magnetic metal particles and resin.
Flexible printed circuit board
A flexible printed circuit board includes: an electrically insulating substrate layer; an electrically conductive pattern stacked on at least one surface of the substrate layer; and a cover layer that is disposed on a stack including the substrate layer and the electrically conductive pattern and covers a surface of the stack, which surface is on the side on which the electrically conductive pattern is present. The electrically conductive pattern has a coil region including a coil. In the substrate layer or the cover layer, a high-magnetic permeability member is present in at least a region that overlaps the coil region in plan view.
Coil component
A coil component includes a body, a coil conductor embedded in the body, and outer electrodes disposed on the outside of the body. The body includes a first magnetic layer containing a substantially spherical metallic magnetic material and second and third layers containing a substantially flat metallic magnetic material. At least the wound section of the coil conductor is between the second and third magnetic layers in the direction along the axis of the coil conductor. In the direction perpendicular to the axis, the second and third magnetic layers have a width equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the wound section of the coil component. The substantially flat metallic magnetic material is oriented so that the flat plane thereof is perpendicular to the axis of the coil conductor. The first magnetic layer extends between the second and third magnetic layers and the outer electrodes.
