Coil component and method of manufacturing the same
Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes: a magnetic element body containing magnetic powder, the magnetic element body having first and second surfaces; a coil conductor embedded in the magnetic element body; and an external terminal connected to the coil conductor and exposed on the first surface of the magnetic element body. The second surface of the magnetic element body is free from the external terminal. The first surface is greater in surface roughness than the second surface.
Coil electronic component
A coil electronic component includes a body comprising a magnetic material, an insulating substrate comprising a support portion disposed inside the body, and a tip extending from the support portion and exposed from an external surface of the body, a coil portion disposed on the support portion, and a lead-out portion extending from one end of the coil portion, disposed on the tip, and exposed from the external surface of the body. The lead-out portion has a slit exposed from the external surface of the body.
Coil component
A coil component includes a body embedding a support substrate, an external electrode disposed on one surface of the body, and a coil portion disposed on the support substrate and including a lead-out pattern having one surface exposed to one end surface of the body abutting the one surface of the body. A connection electrode penetrates the lead-out pattern, extends to the external electrode, and has one surface exposed to the one end surface of the body. An intermetallic compound is disposed between the connection electrode and the lead-out pattern. The connection electrode includes a base resin, a plurality of metal particles disposed in the base resin, and a conductive connection portion surrounding the plurality of metal particles and in contact with the intermetallic compound.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF
An electronic component includes a magnetic body containing magnetic metal powder; and external electrodes disposed on an outer portion of the magnetic body. The external electrodes include first plating layers in direct contact with the magnetic body.
COIL COMPONENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
To achieve a high inductance value while reducing the entire thickness in a coil component having a structure in which spiral coil patterns are stacked. A coil component includes: a coil part having a structure in which interlayer insulating films and spirally wound coil patterns are alternately stacked in the axial direction of the coil component; and magnetic element members embedding therein the coil part. The interlayer insulating film covering, from one end side in the axial direction, one coil pattern positioned at the one end in the axial direction is higher in permeability than the interlayer insulating films. Thus, the one coil pattern positioned at the end portion is covered with the interlayer insulating film having a high permeability, so that it is possible to achieve a high inductance value while reducing the entire thickness.
COUPLED INDUCTOR AND THE METHOD TO MAKE THE SAME
A coupled inductor has two coils made by film processes, wherein a first coil is disposed on a top surface of a magnetic sheet and a second coil is disposed on a bottom surface of the magnetic sheet, for controlling the variations of the gap between the two coils in a smaller range.
COIL COMPONENT
In the coil component, external stress applied when the upper coil structure, the lower coil structure, and the magnetic sheet are stacked is dispersed by the undulation of both main surfaces of the magnetic sheet. By dispersing the stress in this manner, a situation in which defects such as cracks occur in the coil structure is effectively suppressed.
COIL DEVICE
A coil device 2 comprises an element body 4 including a magnetic body, a coil 6α incorporated in the element body 4, and a terminal electrode 8 connected to a lead portion of the coil 6α. A shielding layer 10 including a metal and a resin is formed on at least one outer surface 4a of the element body 4.
COIL COMPONENT
A coil component includes: a body including one surface and one side surface and the other side surface respectively connected to the one surface and opposing each other; a coil portion disposed within the body; a marker disposed on the one surface of the body; and a coating layer disposed on the one surface of the body to cover the marker, wherein the coating layer includes a light-transmitting resin.
INDUCTOR COMPONENT
An inductor component includes an element body that includes magnetic powder and has first and second principal surfaces, and a side surface connecting the principal surfaces; an inductor wire in the element body; a first vertical wire that is in the element body, is connected to a first end of the inductor wire, and extends to the first principal surface; a second vertical wire that is in the element body, is connected to a second end of the inductor wire, and extends to the first principal surface; a first external terminal that is connected to the first vertical wire and is exposed on the first principal surface; and a second external terminal that is connected to the second vertical wire and is exposed on the first principal surface. The magnetic powder contains an Fe element as a main component, and the side surface has oxidized and non-oxidized regions.
