The annular core is formed of a pair of split cores that are assembled together with joining surfaces on both ends to be joined to each other. At least one of a recess portion and a projection portion that engage with each other is formed on the joining surfaces of the split cores which are joined to each other.

A coil component includes: a drum core having a winding core extending along a front-rear direction and a first flange provided on a front end of the winding core; a first conductor wire wound around the winding core of the drum core; and a second conductor wire wound on an outer side of the first conductor wire in a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction, wherein turns of a same number of the first conductor wire and the second conductor wire contact with each other, while turns of different numbers of the first conductor wire and the second conductor wire are separated from each other.

Network transformer apparatus and methods of making and using the same

Network transformer structures including a production method therefore are disclosed. In one embodiment, multiple integrated I-shaped magnetic cores that include three winding barrel portions based on a new design for a magnetic core structure is disclosed. A first winding barrel portion and a second winding barrel portion are configured to wind a transformer winding, and a third winding barrel portion is configured to wind a common mode choke winding, so that a transformer and a common mode choke are combined onto one magnetic core to replace two previous magnetic cores, thereby saving on the overall network transformer structure cost as well as space on, for example, an end consumer printed circuit board.

The present invention relates to a device for preparing small molecular water and a dishwasher comprising the same. The device comprises a spiral tube, a metal coil, a hollow cylindrical housing and a circuit board. The spiral tube comprises a spiral tubular body with two ends extending to form a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel. The metal coil defines a first accommodating space to hold the spiral tube. The hollow cylindrical housing defines a second accommodating space inside for the spiral tube and the metal coil assembled in the second accommodating space, and a plurality of magnetic elements are annularly arranged outside the hollow cylindrical housing. The circuit board electrically connected to the metal coil and is capable of controlling water intake and water discharge of the device. Thus, water molecules is magnetized to be transformed into small molecular water cluster and is utilized more efficiently.

TRANSFORMER MODULE AND POWER MODULE

A transformer module and a power module are provided. The transformer module includes: a magnetic core, a first winding and a second winding. The magnetic core includes at least one magnetic column at least partially covered by a multi-layer carrier including a plurality of horizontal copper foils and connecting copper foils. Horizontal copper foils are located on horizontal wiring layers, and connecting copper foils are disposed to connect horizontal copper foils. First and second windings surround the magnetic column, and the second winding is located outside the first winding. Both the first and second windings are formed by a horizontal copper foil and a connecting copper foil; two ends of the first winding are electrically connected to first and second surface-mounted pins; two ends of the second winding are electrically connected to third and fourth surface-mounted pins; these pins are disposed on at least one surface of the transformer module.

The terminal metallic part includes an inner terminal extended from a burying wall main surface and at least partially disposed in the interior of the housing. The inner terminal includes a terminal first portion extended along a normal line of the terminal burying wall main surface from the terminal burying wall main surface to the interior of the housing and a terminal second portion extended upward from the terminal first portion. The housing includes a protrusion to horizontally protrude from the terminal burying wall main surface while facing the bottom surface of the terminal first portion.

A coil component includes a core including a winding core portion and a first flange portion that is disposed on a first end portion of the winding core portion in a direction in which the winding core portion extends. A first curved portion is formed at a connection between a bottom surface of the winding core portion and the first flange portion. A ratio of a length of the first curved portion in a height direction to a distance in the height direction between the bottom surface and a first terminal electrode is no less than 20% and no more than 60% (i.e., from 20% to 60%).

First and second adjustable capacitors coupled to the third and fourth inductors may receive control signals that place the transformer into a selected one of the first, second, or third modes. In the first mode the transformer exhibits a passband that overlaps first and second bands. In the second mode, the transformer passes signals in the second band while filtering interference in the first band. In the third mode, the transformer passes signals in the first band while filtering interference in the second band.
