The third voltage is configured to be introduced into the battery.

The invention related to an integrated magnetic component for a switched mode power converter. The integrated magnetic component comprises a single magnetic core structure formed by magnetic core elements, wherein at least one of the magnetic core elements is a leg-core-element with a flange and one or more legs are arranged on one side of the flange. The magnetic core elements of the single magnetic core structure are linearly stacked. The integrated magnetic component further comprises an isolating transformer with a higher current transformer winding arranged on at least one leg of the magnetic core elements, a lower current transformer winding arranged on at least one leg of the magnetic core elements and a first filter inductor comprising a first filter winding, arranged on at least one leg of the magnetic core elements. Herein the higher current transformer winding and the filter winding comprise at least an edgewise wound winding part. The invention further relates to a switched mode power converter.

POWER SUPPLY UNIT AND DC CONVERSION MODULE

A power supply unit supplies power to a load, and the power supply unit includes a power factor corrector, a DC conversion module, and an isolated conversion module. The power factor corrector is plugged into a first main circuit board and converts an AC power into a DC power. The DC conversion module is plugged into the first main circuit board and converts the DC power into a main power. The isolated conversion module includes a bus capacitor, the bus capacitor is coupled to the DC conversion module through a first power copper bar, and coupled to the power factor corrector through a second power copper bar. The first power copper bar and the second power copper bar are arranged on a side opposite to the first main circuit board, and are arranged in parallel with the first main circuit board.

A high voltage transformer apparatus, including: a tank; a high voltage transformer, disposed upright on one side within the tank, including a first transformer unit configured to generate a positive voltage and a second transformer unit configured to generate a negative voltage; a positive high voltage terminal and a negative high voltage terminal respectively disposed on the other side within the tank opposite to the first transformer unit and the second transformer unit; a first circuit board disposed between the first transformer unit, the first side wall, and the positive high voltage terminal; and a second circuit board disposed between the second transformer unit, the second side wall, and the negative high voltage terminal; wherein the first and second circuit boards are respectively configured to rectify, filter and sample the positive and negative voltages.
