INDUCTOR COMPONENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An inductor component comprising a base body comprising a filler; a coil in the base body and helically wound along an axis; and external electrodes in the base body and each electrically connected to the coil, with outer faces of the external electrodes exposed from the base body. The base body comprises external electrode contact parts that each contact one of the external electrodes on an inner side of the base body and are each disposed along one of the external electrodes; and a central part that comprises a center point of the base body and is located away from the coil, the external electrodes, and the external electrode contact parts. A content rate of the filler in the external electrode contact parts is from a 0.9-fold level to a 1.1-fold level of a content rate of the filler in the central part.
Coiled electronic component, coil component, manufacturing method of coil component, inductance element, T-type filter, oscillation circuit, and manufacturing method of inductance
A coiled electronic component includes: an electronic component body which includes a coil portion having a spiral structure and formed of an electrically conductive material, and electrically conductive connection portions arranged on both ends of the coil portion; and a pair of electrodes for respectively connecting the electrically conductive connection portions to assembly portions arranged on an assembly object. The electrode includes a pair of pinching pieces for pinching the electrically conductive connection portion, and the pair of pinching pieces is opened in a manner that the electrically conductive connection portion is received and fitted therebetween.

Inductor
An inductor includes a first conductor, a second conductor, an insulation film, and a magnetic body. The first conductor spirally extends in a plane. The second conductor spirally extends in a plane. The second conductor is stacked on and joined to the first conductor. The insulation film covers a surface of the first conductor and a surface of the second conductor. The magnetic body covers a surface of the insulation film and embeds the first conductor and the second conductor. The first conductor and the second conductor are connected to form a helical coil.
Multilayer coil component
A multilayer coil component includes an element body including a plurality of laminated insulator layers, and a coil disposed in the element body. The coil includes a first coil conductor having a first inner diameter, a second coil conductor having a second inner diameter smaller than the first inner diameter, and a connection conductor connecting the first coil conductor and the second coil conductor. The second coil conductor is adjacent to the first coil conductor in a direction in which the plurality of insulator layers are laminated. The connection conductor has a shape along the first coil conductor and the second coil conductor.
Surface-mount inductor
A surface-mount inductor includes an element assembly having a core, a coil, and a magnetic material; and a pair of external terminals on a mounting surface of the element assembly. The core has a base portion and a columnar portion on an upper surface of the base portion. The coil is disposed on the base portion, and has a wound portion on the columnar portion, and a pair of extended portions extended from the wound portion. The base portion has at least one ridge portion at which the upper surface and a side surface are in linear contact with each other. The pair of extended portions are each disposed such that a flat surface portion connected to a flat surface portion disposed at an inner side portion of a conductive wire located at an outer peripheral portion of the wound portion is close to the ridge portion.
Electronic component, electronic-component mounting board, and electronic-component manufacturing method
An electronic component includes a single-layer glass plate, an outer-surface conductor that is disposed above an outer surface of the single-layer glass plate and that is at least a part of an electrical element, and a terminal electrode that is a terminal of the electrical element. The terminal electrode is disposed above the outer surface of the single-layer glass plate and being electrically connected to the outer-surface conductor.
Electromagnet coils made from flexible circuits
A method of fabricating an electromagnet includes obtaining a first flexible PCB that includes one or more first conductive coiled traces and obtaining a second flexible PCB that includes one or more second conductive coiled traces. The first flexible PCB is bent into a shape having at least one curve or corner. With the first flexible PCB having been bent into the shape, the second flexible PCB is then bent into the shape: the second flexible PCB is positioned adjacent to the first flexible PCB to conform with the first flexible PCB.
