The separation part 4 extends on the surface enlarged part 3, dividing the surface enlarged part 3. The plurality of separation parts 4 share bending stress when the electrode foil 1 is wound, preventing concentration of stress.

The conductive polymer layer includes a conductive polymer. A proportion of water in the liquid ranges from 0.1% by mass to 6.0% by mass, inclusive.

The polymer is formed by polymerizing 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate or methacrylic acid. The electrolyte solution includes amines or quaternary cyclic amidinium.
