RUBBER AND METAL COMPOSITE ELECTRIC CONTACT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A rubber and metal composite electric contact and a preparation process therefor. The rubber and metal composite electric contact is a circular layered complex which is formed by tightly combining a metal sheet layer having a plurality of through holes and a rubber layer by means of thermal vulcanization molding and which has a thickness of 0.1 to 5 mm and a diameter of 1 to 15 mm. There is no isolation layer between the rubber layer and the metal layer of the electric contact, so no rubber overflows the outer surface of the metal layer. In the rubber and metal composite electric contact, the rubber and metal are combined firmly and the overall strength of the electric contact is adjustable; the electric contact also has good dust resistance; and the electric contact thus has stable and reliable electrical conductivity.

Low voltage circuit breaker
A low voltage circuit breaker is provided. The low voltage circuit breaker includes a contact system with a first contact and a second contact that are electrically connectable and disconnectable relative to one another. The first contact includes a body having a first layer and a second layer, wherein the first layer is arranged on the second layer and is configured to come in contact with the second contact for providing the electrical connection with the second contact. The first layer has a first material composition having an Ag content that is higher than an Ag content of a second material composition of the second layer. Further, the first material composition has a WC content that is lower than a WC content of the second material composition.
Low voltage circuit breaker
A low voltage circuit breaker is provided. The low voltage circuit breaker includes a contact system with a first contact and a second contact that are electrically connectable and disconnectable relative to one another. The first contact includes a body having a first layer and a second layer, wherein the first layer is arranged on the second layer and is configured to come in contact with the second contact for providing the electrical connection with the second contact. The first layer has a first material composition having an Ag content that is higher than an Ag content of a second material composition of the second layer. Further, the first material composition has a WC content that is lower than a WC content of the second material composition.
Rivet-type contact and method for manufacturing the same
A rivet-type contact of the present invention has a head part made of a contact material, and a leg part narrower than the head part in width and configured to be deformed at fixation. The leg part includes a flange part larger than the leg part in diameter, in an end part of the side of the head part, the flange part is embedded in the head part such that a lower end surface of the flange part and a lower end surface of the head part become approximately flat, and a length (l) between an endmost part of the flange part and a starting point of the leg part satisfies l<L with respect to a length (L) between an endmost part of the head part and the starting point of the leg part. Specifically, it is favorable that l satisfies 0.5 L≤l≤0.9 L with respect to L.
Rivet-type contact and method for manufacturing the same
A rivet-type contact of the present invention has a head part made of a contact material, and a leg part narrower than the head part in width and configured to be deformed at fixation. The leg part includes a flange part larger than the leg part in diameter, in an end part of the side of the head part, the flange part is embedded in the head part such that a lower end surface of the flange part and a lower end surface of the head part become approximately flat, and a length (l) between an endmost part of the flange part and a starting point of the leg part satisfies l<L with respect to a length (L) between an endmost part of the head part and the starting point of the leg part. Specifically, it is favorable that l satisfies 0.5 L≤l≤0.9 L with respect to L.

A circuit breaker including at least two contact tip that comprise an electrical contact material comprising silver (Ag) and tungsten (W). The contact tip further comprises a graphene material (Gr) additively mixed in Ag as being denoted as AgGr0.3% or AgGr0.5% which is mixed with tungsten (W) to form (AgGr0.3)W50 or (AgGr0.5)W50 called a silver-graphene tungsten composite material.
Silver-graphene tungsten material electrical contact tips of a low voltage circuit breaker
A circuit breaker including at least two contact tip that comprise an electrical contact material comprising silver (Ag) and tungsten (W). The contact tip further comprises a graphene material (Gr) additively mixed in Ag as being denoted as AgGr0.3% or AgGr0.5% which is mixed with tungsten (W) to form (AgGr0.3)W50 or (AgGr0.5)W50 called a silver-graphene tungsten composite material.
Hydrogel network
The invention provides a hydrogel network comprising a plurality of hydrogel objects, wherein each of said hydrogel objects comprises: a hydrogel body, and an outer layer of amphipathic molecules, on at least part of the surface of the hydrogel body, wherein each of said hydrogel objects contacts another of said hydrogel objects to form an interface between the contacting hydrogel objects. A process for producing the hydrogel networks is also provided. The invention also provides an electrochemical circuit and a hydrogel component for mechanical devices comprising a hydrogel network. Various uses of the hydrogel network are also described, including their use in synthetic biology and as components in electrochemical circuits and mechanical devices.

The invention provides a hydrogel network comprising a plurality of hydrogel objects, wherein each of said hydrogel objects comprises: a hydrogel body, and an outer layer of amphipathic molecules, on at least part of the surface of the hydrogel body, wherein each of said hydrogel objects contacts another of said hydrogel objects to form an interface between the contacting hydrogel objects. A process for producing the hydrogel networks is also provided. The invention also provides an electrochemical circuit and a hydrogel component for mechanical devices comprising a hydrogel network. Various uses of the hydrogel network are also described, including their use in synthetic biology and as components in electrochemical circuits and mechanical devices.
