A load break tool for opening a high load electrical switch having a first switch contact and a second switch contact. The load break tool includes a main body extending along a longitudinal axis between a first end and a second end. The main body is movable between an extended configuration and a retracted configuration. A first contact is coupled to the first end and configured to selectively couple with the first switch contact. A second contact is coupled to the second end and configured to selectively couple with the second switch contact. In the retracted configuration the first contact is in electrical communication with the second contact. A spring assembly is mounted in the main body for biasing the main body to the retracted configuration, the spring assembly including a compression spring.

The present disclosure relates to a module (100) for generating signals, in particular signals for opening vehicle doors or flaps. The module (100) includes: a one-piece housing (102) having a plug region (106) and a switch region (104); at least one switch, in particular a microswitch (108), which is connected releasably to the switch region (104) of the housing; and electrical contacts (110, 112), which are releasably connectable to the at least one switch and extend from the switch region (104) at least partially into the plug region (106). The electrical contacts are configured in order to produce an electrical contact with an on-board plug for transmitting an electrical signal, wherein the housing (102) is preferably releasably connectable to a vehicle component, preferably an operator element housing, and particularly preferably a door lever housing.

The present disclosure relates to a module (100) for generating signals, in particular signals for opening vehicle doors or flaps. The module (100) includes: a one-piece housing (102) having a plug region (106) and a switch region (104); at least one switch, in particular a microswitch (108), which is connected releasably to the switch region (104) of the housing; and electrical contacts (110, 112), which are releasably connectable to the at least one switch and extend from the switch region (104) at least partially into the plug region (106). The electrical contacts are configured in order to produce an electrical contact with an on-board plug for transmitting an electrical signal, wherein the housing (102) is preferably releasably connectable to a vehicle component, preferably an operator element housing, and particularly preferably a door lever housing.

Testing system that determines contact erosion in circuit breaker

A testing system includes a truck carrying a circuit breaker, a fixed contact, and an actuator piston connected to a movable contact. A test platform supports the truck in a contact testing position and includes a sensor circuit mounted on the test platform and positioned under the truck and aligned with the circuit breaker when the truck is on the test platform in the contact testing position. The sensor circuit is configured to acquire displacement data of the actuator piston when the movable electrical contact is moved between the open and closed positions. A controller is coupled to the sensor circuit and configured to receive the displacement data and determine electrical contact erosion within the circuit breaker.

A testing system includes a truck carrying a circuit breaker, a fixed contact, and an actuator piston connected to a movable contact. A test platform supports the truck in a contact testing position and includes a sensor circuit mounted on the test platform and positioned under the truck and aligned with the circuit breaker when the truck is on the test platform in the contact testing position. The sensor circuit is configured to acquire displacement data of the actuator piston when the movable electrical contact is moved between the open and closed positions. A controller is coupled to the sensor circuit and configured to receive the displacement data and determine electrical contact erosion within the circuit breaker.

The inhibitor switch includes: a movable member that moves relative to a stationary member in a first axis direction; a movable contact provided at a portion of the movable member facing the stationary member; and a stationary contact provided at a portion of the stationary member facing the movable member, in which the movable member includes a connection portion with a shaft member that moves in a second axis direction according to a selection range, the connection portion is connected to the shaft member in a radial direction of a second axis, and the connection portion is provided with a regulation portion configured to regulate inclination of the movable member with respect to the shaft member.
