A keyswitch device includes a cap, a board, a first returning member, and a second returning member. The board is disposed opposite to the cap. The first returning member is disposed between the cap and the board and includes a magnet member and a magnetic member for providing a magnetic force. The second returning member is disposed between the cap and the board for providing an elastic force. When the cap is released at a lowest position, the cap moves upward via the elastic member and then arrives and stays at a highest position via the magnetic force.

System, method, and apparatus for power distribution in an electric mobile application using a combined breaker and relay

A mobile application including a motive power circuit including a power storage device and an electrical load electrically coupled through a power bus; a power distribution unit (PDU) electrically interposed between the power storage device and the electrical load; wherein the breaker/relay includes: a fixed contact electrically coupled to the power bus; a movable contact selectively electrically coupled to the fixed contact; an armature operationally coupled to the movable contact; a first biasing member biasing the armature into a position; a contact force spring operationally interposed between the armature and the movable contact, such that in response to the armature being in the second position, the contact force spring is at least partially compressed; and a means for adjusting an opening velocity of the moveable contact, wherein the opening velocity comprises an initial velocity of the moveable contact away from the fixed contact in response to a physical opening response.

CONTACT DEVICE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

A first end portion includes a first contact. A second end portion includes a second contact. At least a first end portion, out of the first end portion and a second end portion, is curved to be folded back from a tip in one direction of the first end portion. The first contact is located in a folded-back part of the first end portion and faces the second contact.

CONTACT DEVICE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

A contact device includes a fixed terminal, a moving contactor, a moving yoke, and a bus bar. The moving contactor moves from a closed position where a moving contact is in contact with a fixed contact to an open position where the moving contact is out of contact with the fixed contact, and vice versa. The moving yoke moves, as the moving contactor moves, in a direction of movement of the moving contactor. The bus bar generates, when energized, a magnetic field having a direction aligned with the direction of movement of the moving contactor. The bus bar is arranged, with respect to the moving yoke when the moving contactor is currently located at the closed position, in a direction in which the moving contactor moves from the open position toward the closed position.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes: an excitation coil; a movable core; a movable contactor that operates by following the movable core; a fixed contactor that is in contact with the movable contactor when the excitation coil is energized; a base that supports the fixed contactor; a fixed yoke fixed to the base; a moving yoke; a first pressing spring that biases the moving yoke toward the movable contactor; and a second pressing spring that biases the movable contactor such that the movable contactor and the fixed contactor are in contact with each other. The moving yoke is disposed to be in contact with a surface of the movable contactor opposite from the fixed contactor and to oppose the fixed yoke through the movable contactor. The moving yoke is provided to be able to contact and separate from the movable contactor.

CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER

A circuit interrupter includes: a first fixed terminal including a first fixed contact; a movable contactor which is formed as a separate part from the first fixed terminal and includes a first movable contact; a holding unit configured to hold the movable contactor so that the first movable contact is connected to the first fixed contact; and a squib configured to generate gas by combustion. In the circuit interrupter, pressure of the gas generated by the squib causes movement of the movable contactor in a direction away from the first fixed terminal so that the first movable contact is separated from the first fixed contact.

Relay

A relay has a case, a first fixed terminal including a first fixed contact, a second fixed terminal including a second fixed contact, a movable touch piece including a first movable contact that is disposed facing the first fixed contact and a second movable contact that is disposed facing the second fixed contact, the movable touch piece being disposed in the case and disposed so as to be movable in a contact direction in which the first movable contact and the second movable contact come into contact with the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact and a separation direction in which the first movable contact and the second movable contact separate from the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact. The first fixed terminal includes a first contact support configured to support the first fixed contact.
