Zero moment switch mechanism
A magnetically-triggered proximity switch includes an actuator assembly disposed within a switch body, and the actuator assembly includes an actuator body extending along an actuator axis. A primary contact and a secondary contact is each coupled to the actuator body and may be separated from a center contact along the actuator axis. The actuator assembly is pivotable between a first switch position and a second switch position about a pivot axis. In the first switch position, the center contact is in contact with a common contact and the first contact is in contact with a primary contact, thereby completing a circuit between a common arm and a primary arm. In the second switch position, the center contact is in contact with the common contact and the second contact is in contact with a secondary contact, thereby completing a circuit between the common arm and a secondary arm.
Connection piece for a switch pole of a switching apparatus
A connection piece is disclosed for a switch pole of a switching apparatus which improves the properties of the switch pole as concerns centering and current-carrying capacity. According to an embodiment of the invention, a connection piece for a switch pole of a switching apparatus is provided for connecting in electrically conductive manner to a movement contact connection pin of a vacuum switching tube disposed in the switch pole. The connection piece includes a centering ring for centering the vacuum switching tube, the centering ring being formed from an electrically conductive material and being connected in electrically conductive manner via at least one connector to a connection region of the connection piece.
Tilt ball switch
A tilt ball switch includes a cover, a first positioning unit, a plurality of conductive members, a conductive ball, a base wall, a surrounding wall that extends from a periphery of the base wall, and an opening that is formed at one end of the surrounding wall opposite to the base wall. The cover closes the opening, and cooperates with the base wall and the surrounding wall to define a receiving space. The first positioning unit is disposed in the receiving space, and is positioned between the base wall and the cover. The conductive ball is convertible between a conducting state, in which the conductive ball is in contact with at least two of the conductive members, and a non-conducting state, in which the conductive ball is spaced apart from the conductive members.
Switching device
The present disclosure provides a switching device, which includes an electricity leading member, a power transmission member, and a conductive connecting member. The first end of the electricity leading member is configured to be electrically connected with the power supply terminal, and the second end of the electricity leading member is provided with a first contact portion; the power transmission member is provided with a second contact portion, and the second contact portion is configured to contact and be electrically connected with the first contact portion; one end of the conductive connecting member is connected with the electricity leading member, the other end is connected with the power transmission member, the electricity leading member is electrically connected with the power transmission member through the conductive connecting member.
MULTI-TERMINAL TRACER WIRE ACCESS POINT
An access point for sending signals along a plurality of tracer wires includes a base and a cover attached to the base. The access point includes a plurality of terminals wherein each of the plurality of terminals include a bore for receiving one of the plurality of tracer wires within a cavity of the base and conductively connect to each of the plurality of tracer wires to each of the terminals. A switching mechanism is slidably positioned between the base and the cover wherein the switching mechanism includes a ground terminal configured to conductively connect to a ground wire. The switching mechanism is configured to slide between a first position where conductive contact is made between the switching mechanism and each of the plurality of terminals and a second, ground open position.
LOW AND MEDIUM VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL POLE
A low and/or medium voltage electrical pole which comprises a fixed contact and a movable contact with means for moving the movable contact along a longitudinal axis between open and closed positions. The electrical pole also comprises an insulating assembly comprising a first barrier and a second barrier. The first barrier has first and second insulating walls separated from each other and the second barrier has a third insulating wall. The first and second barriers are positioned around an axis which is substantially perpendicular to said longitudinal axis. At least one of said first and second barriers is movable around said transversal axis between a first position and a second position. When the movable contact is in the closed position, the first and second barriers are in said first position and when the movable contact is in the open position, the first and second barriers are in the second position.
ELECTRIC SWITCH
An electric switch comprising a frame, a first stationary contact, a roll element configured to rotate relative to the frame, a rotating contact stationarily fixed to the roll element, and an arc shutter system configured to enhance extinguishing of an electric arc between the first stationary contact and the rotating contact during an opening event of the electric switch is described. The arc shutter system comprises a first arc shutter movable relative to the frame between a first position and second position, and a counterpart member configured to cooperate with the first arc shutter in order to enhance extinguishing of the electric arc by squeezing the electric arc between the first arc shutter and the counterpart member.
