Trigger switch
A trigger switch includes a housing including a casing; a trigger coupled to the housing to be capable of approaching and separating from the housing; a contact mechanism; a first terminal extending from outside of the housing to the casing; and a second terminal extending from outside of the housing to the casing and including a plate surface facing a plate surface of the first terminal. A first wire connection portion capable of connecting a conductor portion of a first wire is provided to an end of the first terminal located outside of the housing in an extending direction of the first terminal, and a second wire connection portion capable of connecting a conductor portion of a second wire is provided to an end of the second terminal located outside of the housing in an extending direction of the second terminal.
COMPLIANT, HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENT CIRCUIT PROTECTION DEVICES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Solid state and hybrid circuit protection devices include improved arc-less switching capability and overcurrent protection, improved terminal assemblies and improved thermal management features that reduce or eliminate ignition sources for hazardous environments. The solid state and hybrid circuit protection devices are ignition protected and avoid possible explosions and therefore obviate a need for conventional explosion-proof enclosures to ensure safe operation of an electrical power system in hazardous locations.

Modularized structure of switch wire connection device
A modularized structure of switch wire connection device includes an assembling support and a wire connection module. The assembling support has a first side and a second side. The first and/or the second sides are formed with assembling sections for assembling with the wire connection module. The wire connection module includes a first wire connection module and/or a second wire connection module each having a case. The case defines a chamber for receiving and enclosing electrical contact components. The case is formed with a mounting section for connecting with the assembling section of the assembling support. The wire connection module is detachably mounted on the assembling support as an integrated form. The modularized structure enables an operator to easily assemble/disassemble the components and change the switch specification between normally open mode and normally closed mode and enhance insulation effect to avoid electric arc.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT PIECE HAVING AN INTEGRATED STOP AND ELECTRICAL CONTACT DEVICE FOR AT LEAST ONE ELECTRICAL POLE HAVING AT LEAST ONE SUCH ELECTRICAL CONTACT PIECE
The invention relates to an electrical contact piece having an integrated stop, an L-shaped main contact body having a long and a short arm, the long arm having fastening means for fixing the contact piece in a housing and a bent-out stop piece, and the short arm having an electrical contact surface, and at least one clamping device attached to the long arm of the main contact body for clamping an electrical conductor introduced into the contact piece between a clamping part and the long arm.
Thermal circuit breaker
A thermally activated safety switch for safeguarding a consumer of a power supply network of a vehicle, having a switch housing in a temperature-independent switching unit, which subject to the temperature thereof establishes an electrically conductive connection between two external terminals fed out of the switch housing, wherein the external terminals are fed out at opposite housing sides of the switch housing. On the one hand, the external terminals are provided for an electrical and mechanical terminal connection to the cable connection ends of a consumer to be protected, and on the other hand to a cable portion leading to an on-board power supply electronics, and are configured accordingly.
Switch for controlling rotational direction
A switch includes a first conducting member mounted to a side of a plate and electrically connected between one pin and a first contact member, a second conducting member mounted to an opposite side of the plate and electrically connected between another pin and a second contact member, and a switch member movable on the plate to contact the pins or the first and second contact members at a time.
Push-in fuse holder
A fuse holder is disclosed. The fuse holder includes a housing having a fuse compartment and termination compartments, each termination compartment having a cable termination aperture for receiving a cable and a lock pin slot; a bus assembly disposed including current bars having a first end and a second end extending from the termination compartment to the termination compartment, the first end having fuse contacts extending from the first end, the second end including a barb extending from the second end; and, push-in clamps disposed within the termination compartment, the push-in clamps normally biased against the barbs; wherein insertion of an electrical cable into the cable termination aperture depresses and elastically deforms the push-in clamp such that a gap is formed between the barb and the push-in clamp, wherein the push-in clamp continuously applies a biasing force against the electrical cable non-removably clamping the cable into the termination aperture.
Switch wire connection device
A switch wire connection device has a simplified structure and is easy to operate with enhanced stability of operation. The switch wire connection device includes a conductive component mounted in an insulation case, a switch pushbutton assembled with the conductive component and an electrical contact. The electrical contact has a restriction unit and a contact plate connected with the restriction unit. By means of operating the pushbutton, the conductive component is driven to selectively electrically contact or separate from the contact plate. The restriction unit defines a space, in which a metal leaf spring is assembled. The wiring circuit or conductive wire of a machine or equipment can be easily directly plugged into the space of the restriction unit and held by the metal leaf spring. The metal leaf spring is prevented from deflecting in the operation process.
