PUSH-BUTTON SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH MEANS FOR INDICATING A SWITCH STATUS
A push-button switch assembly with means for indicating a switch status includes: an actuation head for actuating the push-button switch assembly, the actuation head having a disc-shaped upper part and a tubular lower part; a sleeve-type push-button guide which is coupled to the actuation head such that, in relation to a longitudinal axis of the push-button switch assembly, the upper part is arranged above the push-button guide and the lower part surrounds the push-button guide; and a light guide for guiding light, the light guide being coupled to the actuation head such that, in relation to the longitudinal axis, at least portions of the light guide are arranged within the actuation head and within the push-button guide. The light guide extends through the actuation head with a top end in a predetermined position such that the push-button switch assembly is illuminatable in a predetermined manner by a light beam.
Emergency stop switch
The problem to be addressed is to provide a highly safe and compact switch that is adapted to improvements in portability, weight reduction and size reduction of machines, or the like. An operating part has a button covering the upper part of a cylindrical housing that receives a downward pushing operation and a rotational operation. A contact unit part has contacts which open by being coupled to the downward pushing operation of the button. A twisting coil spring is disposed on the interior of the button, one end being joined to the housing, and the other end being joined to the button. A latch part disposed to the interior of the twisting coil spring, has a plunger coil spring that expands and contracts in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the downward pushing operation, and when a downward pushing operation is performed on the button, causes a sliding rod to slide along an inner wall of the housing while being displaced in the direction of the downward pushing operation.
PUSH-BUTTON SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH IDENTIFICATION OF SWITCHING STATES
A push-button switch assembly with identification of switching states includes: a push-button switch having an actuating head for actuating the push-button switch and having a push-button guide; and an adapter device for attaching the push-button switch to a housing body. The adapter device fastens the push-button switch in a bore of the housing body. The adapter device compensates for a different diameter of the bore of the housing body and the push-button guide. The push-button guide has a plunger which is arranged in a hollow body of the push-button guide and movable in the hollow body of the push-button guide when the actuating head is actuated. By actuating the actuating head, the push-button switch is switchable from a non-released state to a released state. The push-button switch is arranged such that a region thereof visibly protrudes from under the actuating head when the push-button switch is in the non-released state.
RELAY MODULE
The disclosure relates to an electromagnetic relay module, comprising a first circuit branch comprising a first capacitor and a first relay connected in series with the first capacitor, a second circuit branch comprising a second capacitor and a second relay connected in series with the second capacitor, a switching element which is arranged between the first circuit branch and the second circuit branch and comprises a first switching state and a second switching state. In the first switching state of the switching element the first circuit branch and the second circuit branch are arranged in a parallel connection. In the second switching state of the switching element the first relay and the second relay are arranged in a series connection. The switching element is configured to change from the first switching state to the second switching state in the switch-on process of the relay module
Emergency stop switch including an illuminating device emitting different states of illumination
A switch is disclosed. In some examples, a switch includes a generally cylindrical housing; one or more sets of contact points enclosed by the housing; an indicator module, such as a multi-color LED illuminator, also enclosed by the housing; and a pushbutton actuator disposed to operate the contact points. The housing includes a display section spanning substantially the entire circumference of the housing such that the indication made by the indicator module is visible from all radial directions. When the pushbutton actuator is pressed, some of the contact points open to cut off power from hazards, while others are reconfigured to change the state of the indicator module to indicate the changed status of the switch. Multiple switches can be interfaced with each other, such as by serial connection, to facilitate multi-switch safety environment. Modular cables can be used to conveniently establish the interface.
Switching assembly with secure attachment solution for emergency stop device
A switching assembly intended to be joined onto a control assembly provided with an actuation member, the switching assembly comprising a body, an electrical circuit comprising two fixed contacts, the electrical circuit being able to be controlled both by a control switch of a normally-closed type and by a monitoring switch of a normally-open type, linked in series with the control switch. The monitoring switch makes it possible to monitor the correct secure attachment of the switching assembly onto the control assembly by keeping the electrical circuit open as long as the control assembly is mechanically disconnected from the switching assembly.
Control station for electrical installation
A control station for electrical installation comprises a protection box (2) having a side wall (3) with a front face (4) defining a development plane (π), a plurality of controls (5, 9, 20) anchored to the protection box (2), at least one of the controls being a mushroom emergency push button (9), movable electrical contacts associated with respective controls (5, 9, 20) to be connected to one or more circuits of the electrical installation for the opening/closing thereof. Each control (5, 9, 20) is associated with one or more contact units (22) having movable electrical contacts arranged in the protection box (2). The emergency push button (9) is housed in a seat (8) formed on a side face (7) of the side wall (3) perpendicular to the development plane (π) and is anchored to one or more contact units (22) removably housed in the protection box (2).
