A keyboard device includes a light guide plate, a base plate, plural keys and plural surround-type soundproof elements. The base plate is located over the light guide plate. The plural keys are connected with the base plate. The membrane circuit board is arranged between the plural keys and the base plate. The plural surround-type soundproof elements are aligned with the corresponding keys. Each surround-type soundproof element is disposed on the light guide plate, the base plate or the membrane circuit board. While one of the plural keycaps is depressed and moved downwardly relative to the base plate, a sealed space is defined by the corresponding keycap and the corresponding surround-type soundproof element.

Keyboard device and key structure thereof

A keyboard device includes a circuit board and plural key structures. Each key structure includes a keycap, a hinge element and a base. The hinge element includes a first lateral wing part, a second lateral wing part and a bendable part. The first lateral wing part is connected between the keycap and the base. The second lateral wing part is connected between the keycap and the base. The bendable part is connected between the first lateral wing part and the second lateral wing part. The bendable part is thinner than the first lateral wing part and the second lateral wing part. While the keycap is moved upwardly or downwardly relative to the base, a bending angle of the hinge element and a relative position between the first base shaft and the first receiving hole are changed.

Low-travel illuminated key mechanism

Embodiments are directed to a low profile key for a keyboard having an overmolded support structure. In one aspect, an embodiment includes a key cap having an illuminable symbol. A support structure having a pair of overmolded wings may pivotally couple to the key cap. A switch housing may surround the support structure and connect each of the first and second wings. A tactile dome may be at least partially positioned within the switch housing and configured to bias the key cap upward. A sensing membrane may be positioned along an underside surface of the tactile dome and configured to trigger a switch event in response to a collapsing of the tactile dome caused by a depression of the key cap. A feature plate may be positioned below the sensing membrane. A light guide panel may define at least one light extraction feature that may be configured to propagate light toward the key cap and cause illumination of the illuminable symbol.

LIGHT-EMITTING ASSEMBLY FOR KEYBOARD

A light-emitting assembly positioned within a switch housing of a keyboard assembly for an electronic device is disclosed. The light-emitting assembly may include a phosphor structure, a transparent material positioned on opposing side surfaces of the phosphor structure, and an epoxy layer formed over an entire back surface of the phosphor structure and the transparent material. The light-emitting assembly may also include a mask layer formed over an entire top surface of: the phosphor structure, the transparent material, and the epoxy layer. The light-emitting assembly may further include a light source positioned within the phosphor structure for emitting a light.

A key structure, including a keycap, a movable mechanism, a support plate, a circuit board, and an indicator light-emitting element. The support plate and the movable mechanism pivotally connected to the support plate are disposed above the circuit board. The circuit board has a groove, and the indicator light-emitting element is embedded in the groove and is aligned with the keycap. The indicator light-emitting element emits light upward. The light may be directly emitted into the movable mechanism and is subsequently emitted outward through a light hole of the keycap.

SIMPLIFIED VEHICLE DOOR SWITCH DEVICE WITH A LARGE ACTUATING SURFACE
20190112842 · 2019-04-18 ·

A switch actuating device (1) for a vehicle door includes an actuating element (10) with an actuating surface (11), a mechanical switch (20) and a mechanism (30). The switch is secured on a first component/component group (31). A lever (32) is mounted for pivot in relation to the first component/component group (31). A first region (32.2) of the lever is connected to a first part of the actuating element (10) via a first articulation (10.1).A second part of the actuating element (10) is mounted on the first component/component group (31) via a second articulation (10.2). The actuating element (10) bends when the actuating surface (11) is subjected to manual pressure causing the distance between the first articulation (10.1) and the second articulation (10.2) to shorten, which causes the lever (32) to pivot toward the switch such that the switch is switched.

MULTI-FUNCTION CONTROLLER AND MOBILE DEVICE HAVING SAME
