Key structure
The present invention relates to a key structure, including a flexible key cap, a conducting plate, a switch circuit board capable of generating a key signal, and an elastic element. The conducting plate is fixed on an inner surface of the flexible key cap and in contact with a plurality of inner sidewalls of the flexible key cap. The switch circuit board is disposed below the conducting plate, and the elastic element is disposed between the conducting plate and the switch circuit board. When the flexible key cap receives the pressing force, the conducting plate twists due to deformation of the flexible key cap, and pushes the plurality of inner sidewalls of the flexible key cap, so as to conduct a pressing force to a corner of the flexible key cap.

A method of assembly for a switch within a user interface for a home appliance includes housing a circuit board within the user interface. The circuit board has at least one mechanically actuated switch having a first area. An input interface of the user interface has a button defining a second area, greater than the first area, and having an actuator corresponding to the switch. The button is coupled to at least one of the circuit board or the input interface for relative movement between an actuation position, where the actuator actuates the switch, and a non-actuation position, where the actuator does not actuate the switch.

A method of assembly for a switch within a user interface for a home appliance includes housing a circuit board within the user interface. The circuit board has at least one mechanically actuated switch having a first area. An input interface of the user interface has a button defining a second area, greater than the first area, and having an actuator corresponding to the switch. The button is coupled to at least one of the circuit board or the input interface for relative movement between an actuation position, where the actuator actuates the switch, and a non-actuation position, where the actuator does not actuate the switch.
Switch device structure
A switch device structure includes an assembly of a main body and an operation body. An electrical connection module and an elastic unit are mounted on the main body. The contact arm of the electrical connection module has a first member and/or a second member with variable arrangement position. According to the position or motion of the operation body, the elastic unit provides an elastic force to push the contact arm of the electrical connection module into a contacting circuit closed state or make the elastic unit separate from the contact arm to form a circuit open state. The arrangement form of the first member and/or the second member of the contact arm of the electrical connection module is variable in accordance with the specification of the switch to achieve NO mode and NC mode.
Switch device structure
A switch device structure includes an assembly of a main body and an operation body. An electrical connection module and an elastic unit are mounted on the main body. The contact arm of the electrical connection module has a first member and/or a second member with variable arrangement position. According to the position or motion of the operation body, the elastic unit provides an elastic force to push the contact arm of the electrical connection module into a contacting circuit closed state or make the elastic unit separate from the contact arm to form a circuit open state. The arrangement form of the first member and/or the second member of the contact arm of the electrical connection module is variable in accordance with the specification of the switch to achieve NO mode and NC mode.
DEVICE ASSEMBLY FOR ACCOMODATING AN ELECTRICALLY OPERATED DEVICE
A device assembly for accommodating an electrically operated device may include a housing made from a plastic, delimiting a housing interior space, and having a viewing window formed therein that may be closed by a window pane made of a transparent material. The device may include an electrically operated device arranged inside the housing interior space, on the outside of which at least one actuatable control element may be provided. An aperture may be formed in a housing wall in which an actuating element made from an elastic plastic may be arranged at least partially and may be operable by a user of the electrically operated device. The actuating element may be coupled mechanically to the control element such that the control element is operable from outside the housing. An inner housing part made from an elastic plastic may be arranged on an inner side of the housing wall.
DEVICE ASSEMBLY FOR ACCOMODATING AN ELECTRICALLY OPERATED DEVICE
A device assembly for accommodating an electrically operated device may include a housing made from a plastic, delimiting a housing interior space, and having a viewing window formed therein that may be closed by a window pane made of a transparent material. The device may include an electrically operated device arranged inside the housing interior space, on the outside of which at least one actuatable control element may be provided. An aperture may be formed in a housing wall in which an actuating element made from an elastic plastic may be arranged at least partially and may be operable by a user of the electrically operated device. The actuating element may be coupled mechanically to the control element such that the control element is operable from outside the housing. An inner housing part made from an elastic plastic may be arranged on an inner side of the housing wall.
Electrical component enclosure for recessing into and fixing to a surface
An enclosure for containing electrical components and for recessing into and fixing to a surface is disclosed. The enclosure has a box and a flange extending the box adjacent an opening in the box. The flange has an aperture in each corn to receive a fixing screw. A first seal extends around the box on a rear surface of the flange. A lid covers the opening and the flange and touches the first seal. A second seal extends around the opening and engages the lid and the body. Lid screws fix the lid to the body. The apparatus provides an easy to clean and completely sealed enclosure.
Electrical component enclosure for recessing into and fixing to a surface
An enclosure for containing electrical components and for recessing into and fixing to a surface is disclosed. The enclosure has a box and a flange extending the box adjacent an opening in the box. The flange has an aperture in each corn to receive a fixing screw. A first seal extends around the box on a rear surface of the flange. A lid covers the opening and the flange and touches the first seal. A second seal extends around the opening and engages the lid and the body. Lid screws fix the lid to the body. The apparatus provides an easy to clean and completely sealed enclosure.
