Transmitting/receiving device
A portable transmitting/receiving device, in particular in the form a remote control device for lifting and industrial devices, has a housing that has a receiving portion for accommodating an electronic controller and for mounting at least one operating element (such as a joystick, switch, regulator, or touchscreen with virtual operating elements). Additionally, the housing extends in the vertical direction from a lower-face base contour to an upper-face terminating contour and is perpendicularly delimited by a lateral contour. At least a substantial part of the housing is made of a molded housing part made of an elastomer, the molded housing part forming at least the upper-face terminating contour and the lateral contour. The molded housing part forms a basin that delimits the receiving area and that has a circumferential wall that is completely made of an elastomer and that has a closable opening.
OPERATION DEVICE AND X-RAY IMAGING UNIT
An operation device (200) for remotely operating an X-ray imaging device (1) includes an operation unit (280), a grip detection unit (240), which determines whether an operation received by the operation unit (280) is a normal operation or an erroneous operation, and a control unit (230), which transmits an operation signal corresponding to the operation to the X-ray imaging device (1). The control unit (230) transmits the signal when the grip detection unit (240) determines that the operation is a normal operation. The operation device is prevented from causing an erroneous operation of its target device.
REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE
There is provided a small remote control device for an actuator of a mobile crane that can be operated by one hand and with which it is easy to perform operations specific to large cranes, the remote control device being provided with: a device body; a plurality of selectors which are each disposed on an operation surface, and which set the operating direction of the actuator selected by movement in a first direction or a section direction from a neutral position to a forward direction or a reverse direction; and a trigger which moves the actuator selected by the selectors in the forward direction or the reverse direction according to the operation amount. Of the plurality of selectors, the two selectors, which are most frequently used in a work preparation step for the mobile crane are disposed adjacent to the vicinity of the center of the operation surface.
ELECTRICAL SWITCHES AND DEVICES UTILIZING SUCH SWITCHES
Electrical switch assemblies are described which include multiple switch bars. Each switch bar provides both physical and electrical separation between adjacent electrical components. Also, described are battery powered devices using the switch assemblies. Examples of devices using the switch assemblies include flashlights and remote control devices. The devices and switch assemblies avoid parasitic battery drain.
Switch structure and flashlight with the same
The invention provides a switch structure and a flashlight with the same. The switch structure includes: a switch housing; a control part, the control part being provided in the switch housing; and a moving part, the moving part being provided movably in the switch housing, the moving part has a first stroke where the control part is enabled to output a first control signal and a second stroke where the control part is enabled to output a second control signal and the second stroke being consisted of the first stroke and a subsequent stroke after the first stroke. The switch structure may conveniently switch different illumination modes.
A PORTABLE SWITCHING DEVICE TO REMOTELY OPERATE A HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER
A portable switching device to remotely operate a high voltage circuit breaker, the portable switching device is locally temporarily electrically connected to the controlling circuit of the high voltage circuit breaker and comprises: a voltage input (206); a voltage output (208, 210) for connecting to the external circuit; a ground input (212); an overvoltage protection circuit (201) connected between the voltage input (206) and the ground input (212); and a switching unit (203, 205) comprising a first switching circuit having an input connected to the voltage input and an output connected to the voltage output, the first switching circuit comprising a relay (2032), a relay contact protection circuit (2034), and an overload protection circuit (2036); wherein the first switching circuit is remotely controllable to switch the external circuit from a first operating state to a second operating state.
Methods and systems for a bind free pivoting trigger mechanism
A trigger assembly including a cylindrical pivot shaft having a pivot-shaft longitudinal axis; a trigger key having a front face, a back face opposite the front face, an actuator extending from the back face, and a trigger-key longitudinal axis, wherein the a first end on the of the trigger key has a plurality of through holes arranged to receive the cylindrical pivot shaft; a trigger-key support having an aperture for the actuator to pass through, the trigger-key support further having a plurality of pivot-shaft supports, wherein each pivot-shaft support includes a concave surface configured to receive the cylindrical pivot shaft; and a trigger bezel having a plurality of substantially flat surfaces positioned to constrain the pivot shaft in opposition to the plurality of pivot-shaft supports, wherein the substantially flat surfaces are located at different positions along the pivot-shaft longitudinal axis than are the pivot-shaft supports.
Protective case with switch cover
A protective case can house a portable electronic device. The portable electronic device can have a switch (e.g., for switching an operational mode of the portable electronic device). The protective case can have a switch cover that engages the switch of the portable electronic device when the portable electronic device is in the protective case. The switch cover can be moved between positions corresponding to positions of the switch of the portable electronic device. As the switch cover is moved, the switch cover correspondingly moves the switch.
BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROL UNIT
An electrical switch unit for use with a variable speed electrical device includes a housing for a pair of electrical switching contacts, and an actuator operably connected with one of those contacts. A signaling module is associated with the electrical switch unit, and has signaling circuitry for sensing the movement of the actuator and outputting a signaling module signal indicative of the sensed movement or position of the actuator. A power module with a power switching device controllably supplies power from the DC power source to the DC motor at a speed corresponding to the sensed movement or position of the actuator. A control module receives the signaling module signal, and outputs a control module signal to control the power module.
Accessory button controller assembly
An accessory may be provided with a button controller having a microphone and switches. Plastic structures for the accessory may be formed by injection molding. Plastic structures may be molded around a printed circuit and wiring. The wiring may have a plastic jacket. The molded plastic structures may bond with the plastic jacket to retain the wiring. The molded plastic structures may be molded directly to the printed circuit board. Protrusions on the molded plastic structures may mate with openings in a metal clip. Housing structures may be mounted to the metal clip. The metal clip may be provided with a spring to short the metal clip to a trace on the printed circuit. The metal clip may also have a portion that receives electrostatic charge during electrostatic discharge events and that discharges the charge through the spring to the trace on the printed circuit.
