The present invention relates to a keyboard switch including a base, a supporting member, a spring, a button and an upper cover. The supporting member includes a first plate connected to the base to seal the opening, a tube extending substantially perpendicularly from a surface of the first plate, and a plurality of blocks extending substantially perpendicularly from the first plate and configured around the tube. There is a gap between the tube and the plurality of blocks. The base and the supporting member may be made of different materials and colors from the base, so that the supporting member may have a good light-shielding performance and durability; and the base may be made of a collocation of different materials and colors, and has a wide design space.

A switch assembly has a switch unit and a separating cap. The switch unit has a pressing element. The separating cap is attached to the switch unit and encloses the pressing element. Accordingly, glue filled into an object in which the switch assembly is mounted can be kept from attaching to the pressing element and the operation accuracy of the switch unit can be improved.

Button switch and restoration assembly thereof

A restoration assembly of a button switch includes first and second sleeves, and a spring disposed between the two sleeves. A first outer diameter of the first sleeve is less than a second inner diameter of the second sleeve to make the second sleeve movably jacket outside the first sleeve. The jacketed first and second sleeves are disposed between a key cap and a base of the button switch. The spring has a first end portion, a second end portion and a middle section. A middle outer diameter of the middle section of the spring is larger than a first inner diameter of the first sleeve. During the spring being compressed along with the key cap being pressed downward, the middle section is squeezed to shrink and slide into the first sleeve through an end edge of the first sleeve, thereby producing a tactile feedback and/or a first sound.

A key module includes a base plate, a circuit layer and a lifting mechanism. The circuit layer is disposed on the base plate. The lifting mechanism is pivotally connected with the base plate relative to the circuit layer, and the lifting mechanism has an abutment element. The abutment element could interfere with the circuit layer to reduce the noise generated by the key module during operation.

A keyswitch structure includes a keycap, a base, and two supports pivotally connected to each other relative to a rotation axis and connected to and between the keycap and the base. One of the supports includes a first shaft recess, a first shaft portion, and a division slot formed therebetween; the other support includes a second shaft recess, a second shaft portion, and a division wall therebetween. The two supports are pivotally connected relative to the rotation axis by the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion rotatably disposed in the first shaft recess and the second shaft recess respectively. Therein, the division wall is inserted into the division slot. The keycap can move up and down relative to the base through the two supports.

OPERATOR CONTROL DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR A PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLE
20170316897 · 2017-11-02 · ·

A base element and at least one switching element are included in an operator control device which may be disposed in a vehicle. By closing at least one electrical contact, the switching element is moveable from a first position into a second position relative to the base element. The operator control device can also include at least one pushbutton switch moveable relative to the base element between a position of rest and at least one activation position. The operator control device can further include at least one restoring element, formed of silicone and supported on the base element and on the pushbutton switch, which can be elastically deformed by moving the pushbutton switch from the position of rest into the activation position. Using the restoring element, the pushbutton switch can be moved from the activation position into the position of rest by relaxing the restoring element.
