MULTIPLE FUNCTION SWITCH WITH MECHANICAL FEEDBACK
20170084406 · 2017-03-23 ·

This application relates to a switch that can include multiple settings for controlling multiple functions of a computing device. The switch can include multiple flexible surfaces that each includes a surface contact. When the switch is depressed, at least one of the flexible surfaces can collapse and close a connection of the switch. When the switch is further depressed, multiple flexible surfaces of the switch can collapse and close multiple connections of the switch. As a result, depending on the amount of force by which the switch is depressed, different functions of a computing device can be controlled by the switch.

MULTI-POLE SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH ADJUSTABLE SIMULTANEITY

A multi-pole switch assembly includes a housing, a plurality of switches, and an actuator. The switches are disposed within the housing, and each switch is coupled to receive an actuation force and is configured, upon receipt of the actuation force, to move between a first position and a second position. The actuator is disposed at least partially within the housing and is configured to at least substantially simultaneously engage, and thereby supply the actuation force to, each switch to thereby move all of the switches, with substantial simultaneity, to either the first or the second position. The actuator is rotatable to a plurality of set rotational positions to thereby vary the substantial simultaneity.

Switch control apparatus for electric plant

A switch control apparatus for electric plants includes a box-like body which is adapted to be anchored to a fixed o movable part of an electric plant and has a closing panel with at least one passage therethrough, at least one contact unit which is accommodated in the box-like body at the passage and is adapted to be electrically connected to at least one respective electric circuit of the plant for selective open/close control thereof, at least one actuator which is adapted to interact with the contact unit for the latter to ensure selective opening/closing of the respective circuits, an anchor system for anchoring the contact unit to the actuator. The anchor system includes a container member which is adapted to enclose and contain the contact unit and to be anchored to the closing panel in the box-like body for stably securing the contact unit on the actuator.

MULTIPLE STATE SWITCH ASSEMBLY

An electrical multiple stage switch assembly includes an assembly casing, a first component carrier, and at least one multiple stage switch including a first disc contact, at least one second disc contact, and an actuator. The first and second disc contacts are positioned with their centers substantially aligned, and the first and second disc contact are adapted to flex into an electrical connection when the actuator is pressed and to flex back into a non-electrical connection when the actuator is released. A controlling member includes a controlling part for each switch, and the controlling part includes a spacing member adapted to limit the smallest possible distance between adjacent component carriers.
