Electric Push-Button Switch

An electric pushbutton switch includes a guide housing, a switching element having a haptic element that produces a pressure point and a return spring that generates a restoring force, an actuator for actuating the switching element, and a resilient tolerance compensation element arranged between the guide housing and the actuator. The switching element being stationary relative to the guide housing and the actuator being movable relative to the guide housing. The actuator actuates the switching element against the restoring force when the actuator is moved relative to the guide housing in an actuating direction of the actuator towards the switching element. The resilient tolerance compensation element is arranged between the guide housing and the actuator. The resilient compensation element has a spring force directed in the actuating direction of the actuator towards the switching element and opposite the restoring force of the return spring of the switching element.

PUSH-BUTTON SWITCH AND INPUT DEVICE

The present invention address the problem of providing a push-button switch which is capable of clearly displaying an image output from a display and which allows a person performing a depressing operation to have a distinct operational feel. Among the elements constituting the push-button switch, a button is a transparent or substantially transparent button which is disposed over a display and which receives a depressing operation. Lenses are disposed between the button and the display, and cause an image output from the display to be projected with a focal point at a diffusing plate in a top surface of the button in a standby position before a depressing operation is performed. A holding member incorporates the lenses in such a way that the position and orientation of each of the lenses are fixed with respect to the display. Thus, the problem is solved.

STACKABLE LOW-PROFILE ELECTRICAL CONTACT BLOCK

A stackable electrical contact block includes a housing, the housing having a top and bottom side and accommodating a first and second electrical terminal, an actuation pusher adapted to move from a resting position to an actuated position to break the contact between the first and second terminals, the actuation pusher having a head protruding from the top side, a clearance below the actuation pusher, and a return spring biasing the actuation pusher towards its resting position, a bottom end of the return spring extending into the clearance. The housing's bottom side is a connection interface with an entrance providing access to the clearance. A central part of the clearance is taken up by the bottom end of the return spring, and a peripheral part is a space for receiving the actuation head of a component connected to the contact block via the connection interface.

An electrical device, such as a flashlight includes an on-off switch that is movable between a maintained actuated position and a maintained unactuated position. The device has a body containing an electrical assembly that includes a power source, a switch, and an actuated member, such as a light. The switch includes a first conductor attachable to a first terminal of the power source. The switch member includes a switch portion that has a generally sheet-like portion that is disposed adjacent to the second terminal of the power source. The sheet-like portion includes a deformable central portion surrounded by a retained perimeter. The deformable portion is movable between a maintainable actuated position wherein it contacts the second terminal of the power source, and a maintained unactuated position wherein it is spatially separated from, and not in contact with, the second terminal of power source

Illuminated keyswitch structure

An illuminated keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a drive circuit board under the base plate, a spacer between the drive circuit board and the base plate, and a light-emitting part on the circuit board. The spacer has a through hole communicating with an opening of the base plate in a vertical direction. The sidewall of the through hole is opaque. The light-emitting part is located in the through hole, and falls within a projection of the opening in the vertical direction. The light-emitting part has a top surface that is lower than or equal to a bottom surface of the base plate in the vertical direction. The structure of the illuminated keyswitch structure around the light-emitting part can keep flat by the spacer. The spacer can prevent the light-emitting part from structurally entering the opening, avoiding structural interference between the light-emitting part and other components above the base plate.

Key switch device

A key switch device includes a base, a button mounted on the base so as to be contactable and separable, an elastic body disposed between the base and the button and configured to urge the button in a direction away from the base, and a linear reinforcement member provided on the button and configured to prevent the button from being inclined when the button is operated in a direction toward the base. An outer surface portion of the button includes a recessed support portion in which a part of the linear reinforcement members is disposed.
