The shell is provided with an axial opening at the top and a guide track structure inside. The movable terminal is provided inside the shell and forms an arm spring. The actuating lever is threaded through the axial opening, with a flat slope on one side and a positioning slope on the other. The actuating lever is provided with a guiding structure, and the positioning slope is provided with a positioning structure. Moving upwards along the circumference, the actuating lever has a position 1 and a position 2. When the actuating lever is at position 1 or position 2, the guiding structure joins the guide track structure. When the actuating lever is at position 1, the arm spring comes into contact with the flat slope and slips. When the actuating lever is at position 2, the arm spring comes into contact with the positioning slope and slips.

DOME SWITCH BUTTON
20220351922 · 2022-11-03 ·

A dome switch button is installed on a circuit board. The dome switch button includes an elastic piece, a conductive piece and a buffering element. The elastic piece is located over the conductive piece. The buffering element is located under the conductive piece and electrically connected with the circuit board. When the elastic piece is subjected to elastic deformation to trigger the conductive piece, an electric signal is generated. The buffering element is electrically connected with the circuit board. Moreover, a first electric pad and a second electric pad of the circuit board are covered by the buffering element. The electricity from the first electric pad and the second electric pad of the circuit board can be transferred to the conductive piece through the buffering element. Consequently, the conductive piece can be electrically connected with the circuit board without the need of using additional conductor lines.

Switch assembly

A switch assembly including a socket, a top cap, and an intermediate cart located in the socket. The intermediate cart is slidable with the socket. The top cap is in a spherical or pivot engagement with the intermediate cart. An activation force of the sliding movement is lower than an activation force of the spherical or pivot movement.

Electronic switch module with an integrated flyback diode

An electronic module is provided including power switches mounted on a circuit board and configured as an inverter circuit for an electric motor. A sliding member is coupled to an actuator. A power contact switch is provided including a first conductive body, a second conductive body, and a contact switch. The first and second conductive bodies are mounted on a first surface of the circuit board and include pins received through through-holes of the circuit board to make electrical contact with two conductive tracks on a second surface of the circuit board. The contact switch pivotably is secured to the first conductive body and pivotably moveable by the sliding member to make contact with the second conductive body with movement of the actuator. A flyback diode is electrically connected between the first and second conductive track on the second surface of the circuit board parallel to the power contact switch.

Actuation unit for a household appliance

An actuation unit for a household appliance, preferably an electrically drivable, household appliance, includes an actuation element, having an actuation element base. The actuation element has a protrusion portion extending from the actuation element base, which is inserted into a recess of an actuation button, such that the actuation element and the actuation button have, in an assembled state, a degree of freedom in a direction corresponding to the extension of the protrusion portion and in a further direction.

Electrical Switch

An electrical switch includes a base, an actuating rod comprising a lateral wall guided in a bore of the base, a return spring for the rod which moves with respect to the base. The return spring comprises a last elastic turn which, during the actuating travel of the rod, bears against an abutment surface of the base and which cooperates with a ramp formed in the side wall which deforms it radially. The bore has a series of axial ribs projecting into the bore, each of which is slidably received in a complementary axial groove formed in the side wall. A radial upper end facet of each axial rib forms a portion of the abutment surface.
