A keyboard device includes a base plate, a circuit board and plural keys. The base plate includes plural fixing parts. Each of the plural fixing parts includes two extension structures, an opening and a guiding slot. Each key includes a keycap and a metallic elastic element. The keycap includes plural positioning parts. The base plate includes plural fixing parts. The plural positioning parts are connected with the plural fixing parts, respectively. Each positioning part includes a positioning bulge. The positioning bulge is introduced into the guiding slot of the fixing part through the opening of the fixing part, so that the keycap is fixed on the base plate. When the keycap is depressed, the positioning bulge of the positioning part is moved downwardly within the guiding slot, so that the keycap is moved toward the base plate.

Keycaps having reduced thickness

An illuminated glass keycap having a glyph diffuser layer that may diffuse light through a glyph window opened in a background layer. The background layer may be opaque and the glyph window may be transparent. The keycap is adhered to a scissor mechanism positioned above electrical switch circuitry. Included within, below, or adjacent to the scissor mechanism may be one or more light sources positioned to emit light through the keycap, around the perimeter of the keycap, and/or through the background layer.

Electrical actuator system for adjustable furniture with control box having ports in opposing walls

An electrical actuator system for adjustable furniture, in particular height-adjustable tables (1), comprising at least one linear actuator (4), at least one operating unit (22) and a control box (12). By arranging therein at least one connector for cables into mutually opposing wall sections of the control-box cabinet for connection of linear actuators with cables, great simplification of the connection of the linear actuators to the control box is achieved, as when an uncoupling has been omitted, when the actuators have been wrongly connected during assembly, or if an actuator falls apart.

A control switch includes a key, a housing structure, in the upper portion of which the key is secured in a manner such that the key can rotate about a first fulcrum. A tip is secured at one end to the key and moving integrally therewith, so as to slide along a first axis (X) of the key is countered by an elastic element. A printed circuit board includes at least two push-buttons, arranged in the lower portion of the housing structure. The housing structure includes in its internal portion, a flared structure having two inclined contact planes specularly opposite with respect to a second vertical axis (Z) and forming a first obtuse angle (a), on which the tip can slide along its stroke. The flared structure is structurally secured to the housing structure. The switch includes at least one actuator positioned in proximity to the flared structure.

A multi-illuminated pushbutton, including a substrate having a switch and a button cap. A lighting board may be affixed to the substrate, the lighting board having a first light source, a second light source, and a through channel disposed between the first light source and the second light source. The button cap can have a first window for transmission of light from the first light source, a second window for transmission of light from the second light source, and a button base disposed through the channel of the lighting board and in operable relation with the switch. The button base can be shaped to prevent substantially all light emitted from the first light source from transmission through the second window and prevents substantially all light emitted from the second light source from transmission through the first window.

A switch for controlling a control circuit or an operating current of electric-motors in linear gear drives includes: a switch casing, having at least an upper part including keys, and a lower part for forming a receiving space; a circuit board incorporated in the receiving space with microswitches including a switch casing and a spring-biased push-rod therein; wherein, when the keys are actuated by a user, the push rod actuates the micro-switch to control a control circuit or operating current, and wherein the switch contains at least one locking element, transferable between a locking position, which locks the keys, and a release position, which releases the keys. To prevent damage to a switch from pressure forces during actuation, the locking device is formed such that the pressure applied to the key is transferred onto the switch casing and/or the circuit board plate over as wide an area as possible.
