Switch Device Having Swinging-Type Operation
A switch device which is capable of ensuring mounting strength of an additional member while ensuring ease of operation. The switch device has an operating knob that transmits an input operation to a switch unit with an electric contact, and a housing that houses a switch unit. The housing that houses the switch unit has an opening via which the switch unit and the operating knob face each other. The housing has a water prevention wall installed in a standing manner to surround the opening. The operating knob has a box-shaped base member with one end thereof opened. An additional member with at least one insertion portion which is inserted into a through hole of the base member is mounted on the base member. The insertion portion extends to cross a standing direction of the water prevention wall, and as seen in the standing direction, the insertion portion and the opening are located away from each other.
Intelligent lighting control system scene list selection apparatuses, systems, and methods
The present disclosure provides an intelligent lighting control system configured for customization based user detection. A lighting control system includes a module housing, a graphical user interface, and a switch control circuit including a processor configured to modulate the flow of electrical energy to a lighting circuit via a dimmer circuit to produce a plurality of lighting scenes. The processor is configured to identify a proximate device identification, compare the identified device with one or more registered devices saved in a dataset, select a user profile, if the identified device corresponds to one of the one or more registered devices saved in the dataset. The processor is configured to cause a change in at least one of a scene selection protocol for selecting at least one lighting scene from the plurality of lighting scenes based on the user profile selected and a display setting of the graphical user interface.
Operation switch device, image forming apparatus
In a push button portion of a button member, a first supported portion is supported by a push-in portion of a push-in type switch. A second supported portion is supported in a second area by an electronic board. The second area is adjacent to one side of the electronic component. The push-in type switch is present in a first area which is adjacent to another side of the electronic component that is opposite to the one side. An elastic portion connects a portion including the second supported portion to a portion including the push button portion and the first supported portion. A plurality of guided portions are restricted by a plurality of guide projection portions projecting from an exterior member, from being displaced in a direction intersecting a depth direction. The plurality of guide projection portions are provided in the first area and the second area.
OPTICAL DISPLAY KNOB
An optical display knob is mounted on an electronic display, such as a touch-screen display found in a vehicle interior cabin, and includes a knob body with an optical guide and a button located therein. The knob body is rotatable, whereas the optical guide is adhered to the electronic display via a transparent adhesive so that it is stationary, with respect to the electronic display. When the electronic display generates graphics or images, the corresponding light is transmitted through the transparent adhesive and the optical guide to a front display surface. At the front display surface, the graphics appear to be emanating from the front of the optical display knob, and not from the surface of the electronic display itself.
POTENTIOMETER TOGGLE SWITCH
A vehicle toggle switch includes a toggle button body configured to move and to correspond to a toggle up position or a toggle down position, the toggle up position corresponds to activation of a first vehicle function, and the toggle down position corresponds to activation of a second vehicle function, a mating portion of the toggle button body that includes an end, and a potentiometer connected to the end of the mating portion and is configured to rotate in response to the movement of the toggle button body and to output a voltage in response to the rotation of the potentiometer.
Compression activated switch device for LED circuit boards
Various embodiments of a compression activated switch device for holding light emitting packages are provided. The device includes an electrical switch configured to operatively couple between a light emitting package and a power source. The light emitting package includes a light emitting element on a support, the electrical switch biased to an open position from a closed position. The compression activated switch also includes a coupling component configured to couple the light emitting package to a structure and a biasing element biasing against coupling the light emitting package to the structure with a predetermined force, wherein in response to a force being applied to the coupling component sufficient to overcome the predetermined force the electric switch moves to the closed position. Visual or audible feedback may be provided upon the application of the predetermined amount of force.
Household appliance and control assembly thereof
The present disclosure provides a household appliance and a control assembly which includes a control panel, a display screen and a power switch. The display screen is arranged on the control panel and can move relative to the control panel. The power switch is connected to the control panel and/or the display screen for controlling the power-on and power-off of the household appliance. When the display screen is pressed, the display screen moves relative to the control panel and controls the power-on or power-off of the power switch. By pressing the display screen to control the power-on and power-off of the power switch, a complete power-off can be achieved to eliminate the drawbacks of weak power and incomplete power-off of the touch-sensitive power switch, and the arrangement of a power switch key is omitted, therefore the operation and the overall appearance of the household appliance is simplified.
