Switch-fuse module
A switch-fuse module includes: a security device, a fuse; and a fuse canister having the fuse inside. The security device includes at least one slider linearly movable between open and closed positions; an earthing switch that is galvanically connected to the fuse, and is coupled to the slider such that the open position effects an open state of the earthing switch and the closed position effects an closed state of the earthing switch; a propulsion element configured to move the earthing switch from the open to the closed state when discharging; and a locking mechanism configured to block access to the fuse in a locked state. The slider is coupled to the locking mechanism such that the slider in the closed position while the locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, so that the fuse is only accessible if it is ensured that the fuse is earthed.

Fuse end cap having displaceable alignment pin
A fuse assembly having a displaceable pin assembly secured within a cap bore of an end cap of the fuse assembly. The displaceable pin assembly can include a plunger that is selectively displaceable along an axis that is non-parallel to a central longitudinal axis of the first end cap. The plunger can be selectively displaceable between an extended position at which at least a first end of the plunger is outwardly positioned away from an outer surface of the first end cap, and a recessed position at which the first end of the plunger is recessed within, or generally aligned with the outer surface of, the first end cap. The displaceable pin assembly can also include a biasing element that can bias the plunger to the extended position, and a support body that can house at least a portion of the plunger and be securely coupled to the cap bore.
UPPER CONTACT ASSEMBLY AND FUSE CUTOUT HAVING THE SAME
An upper contact assembly is disclosed, which comprises a metal member, and an electrically conductive (EC) plate provided with an aperture thereon, a sheet metal spring, and a support unit are disposed in the accommodation space. Moreover, the sheet metal spring contacts with a bottom of the EC plate, and a protrusion block of the EC plate is exposed out of the metal member via the aperture. In addition, a hollow cylindrical (HC) conductor is vertically disposed on the top of the metal member, thereby being in contact with the protrusion block. As such, the HC conductor, the protrusion block, the EC plate, and the sheet metal spring are formed with an electrical transmission path therebetween, such that an electric wire is allowed to conduct a high-power electrical transmission through the ET path after being connected to a second end of the HC conductor.
Contact device and characteristic measuring device including the same
A contact device and a characteristic measuring device including the same includes: a body part in which a connection hole having a shape passing through the body part from one surface toward the other surface is defined; a connection part including a first shaft provided at one side and connected to the connection hole, and a second shaft provided to be parallel to the first shaft at the other side; and a contact part having a coupling hole, the coupling hole having a shape passing through the contact part so that the second shaft is coupled therethrough, and the other side provided with a terminal in contact with the cell. The connection part is rotatable with respect to the body part by the first shaft, and the contact part is rotatable with respect to the connection part by the second shaft.
Insulation device and fuse cutout having the same
An insulation device is disclosed. The insulation device is used as an insulator of a fuse cutout, and comprises: a cylindrical insulating body, a plurality of first insulation sheds, an extending cylindrical insulating body horizontally connected to the cylindrical insulating body, and at least one second insulation shed, in which said first insulation shed is a circular fin extending radially outwardly from a side surface of the cylindrical insulating body, and the second insulation shed is also a circular fin extending radially outwardly from a side surface of the extending cylindrical insulating body. Compared to the conventional insulator of the fuse cutout, the insulation device according to the present invention has longer creepage distance because of additionally including the extending cylindrical insulating body and the at least one second insulation shed, so as to exhibit superior electrical performance under sever weather condition.
Transformer bushing partial discharge monitoring chip device and method
A transformer bushing partial discharge monitoring chip device and method are provided. An acquisition unit comprises three sensor modules installed at end screens of three-phase bushings of a transformer respectively for acquiring partial discharge signals and power frequency current signals from the transformer bushing end screens; each of the sensor modules is connected to an SIP digitization unit through a wire; the SIP digitization unit is fixedly installed beneath a base of the acquisition unit for digitizing the partial discharge signals and the power frequency current signals; an output end of the SIP digitization unit is connected to an input end of a background processing terminal.
System and method of detecting leakage of battery cell
A system and method of detecting leakage in a pouch-type battery cell includes a press unit configured to position and press the pouch-type battery cell, and a measurement unit configured to measure the insulation resistance of the cell pressed by the press unit.
SMART OUTDOOR SWITCHGEAR FOR CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF CONNECTION AND DISCONNECTION OF MEDIUM-VOLTAGE MICROGRID
Embodiments of the invention provides a smart outdoor switchgear for control and protection of connection and disconnection of a medium-voltage microgrid, which includes: a current transformer, an isolating switch mechanism, an outdoor circuit breaker, an electric isolating driving mechanism and an outdoor jet type fuse. The current transformer is installed on an outlet end of the outdoor circuit breaker. The isolating switch mechanism is connected to the current transformer, and the isolating switch mechanism is connected to the outlet end of the outdoor circuit breaker through the current transformer. A top of the isolating switch mechanism on a side away from the current transformer is connected to a top of the outdoor jet type fuse, and a bottom of the isolating switch mechanism on the side away from the current transformer is connected to a bottom of the outdoor jet type fuse. The electric isolating driving mechanism is installed on the bottom of the isolating switch mechanism.
