An injection device for dispensing a product, the injection device including a moveable element which is moved for a dispensing operation, a spring, a product container holder and a product container, wherein the spring pushes against the moveable element to move the moveable element to an initial position after the dispensing operation has ended and against the product container to seat the product container in the product container holder.

Described is a vial and syringe alignment guide that is designed to assist a user in filling a syringe from a vial. The guide includes both a vial attachment and syringe attachment. The present invention relates to a medicament injector including an applicator with a cartridge-accepting receptacle. The invention also relates to an improved auto injector adapted for receiving a cassette with medicament and for administering the medicament in the cassette to a patient, the auto injector extending from a proximal end to a distal end along a longitudinal axis, wherein the cassette is removable received in the auto injector along the longitudinal direction.

The invention relates to a safety assembly for preventing needle stick injury with a needle having a proximal end fixed to a tip of a medical container and a pointed distal end, the safety assembly having: an attachment ring fixed to the tip of the container and a safety device to cover at least the distal end of the needle, the safety device attached to the attachment ring.
