The first compartment contains at least a first constituent of the beneficial agent. The second compartment contains at least a second constituent of the beneficial agent. A syringe for injecting an injectable solution contained in a deformable cartridge includes a main body provided with a receiving compartment for receiving the deformable cartridge, the main body extending between a first end portion, a first opening being defined/formed in the first end portion, and an opposed second end portion, a second opening being defined/formed in the second end portion, a crushing device having a plunger sliding with respect to the main body between a retracted position and an advanced position and bearing a crushing head sliding with respect to the main body inside the receiving compartment for deforming and crushing the deformable cartridge, a support and fixing element to which the plunger is slidably constrained, and coupling means for removably coupling the support and fixing element to the main body and/or enabling the support and fixing element to be coupled to the main body so as to change a mutual position between the support and fixing element and the main body.

An apparatus includes a housing, an energy storage member, a carrier, a medicament container, and a delivery control mechanism. The housing defines a gas chamber configured to receive pressurized gas from the energy storage member to pressurize the gas chamber. The carrier has a proximal surface that defines a portion of the gas chamber. The medicament container is coupled to the carrier and has a distal end portion coupled to a delivery member. The medicament container contains a medicament and includes an elastomeric member that seals the medicament within the medicament container. The delivery control mechanism is coupled to a proximal end portion of the medicament container and includes a flow restriction member for regulating a pressure supplied by the gas chamber and entering into the medicament container that acts on the elastomeric member.

A dispensing device for use with a beneficial agent has a dispensing package, a dispenser disposed on an end portion of the dispensing package, and an actuator movably disposed along at least a portion of the package between a pre-dispensing state and a dispensing state. One arrangement also provides a beneficial agent dispenser having a dispensing port, an elongate portion and a plunger that is movably disposed relative to a tubular wall of the elongate portion during a dispensing stroke to partially penetrate a separable barrier and expel the beneficial agent through the dispensing port.

A medicament delivery device includes a housing having a longitudinal axis, a container holder, an axially movable plunger adapted to be displaced along the longitudinal axis into the container holder, and an energy accumulating member arranged inside the housing and adapted for displacing the plunger along the longitudinal axis. The plunger includes an outer plunger rod and an inner plunger rod arranged at least partially inside the outer plunger rod, the inner plunger rod being threadedly engaged with the outer plunger rod and manually rotatable to displace the inner plunger rod along the longitudinal axis into the container holder.

A first housing part contains the multi-chamber container, where the first housing part is arranged to be manually displaced into the second housing part by relative rotation between the first and the second housing parts for mixing at least two substances arranged inside the multi-chamber container. The delivery device further has a rotating contact element arranged between said plunger rod and said stopper capable of rotating in relation to said plunger rod.
