Pressure switch with corrugated sheets
The present application discloses a pressure switch which includes a tube structure, a pressure transmitting assembly, a microswitch, and corrugated sheets. The pressure transmitting assembly disposed inside the tube structure includes a guide rod with a piston, and a fluid chamber providing working pressure is defined between the piston and a fluid inlet. The microswitch is disposed at another end of the tube structure away from the fluid inlet and can be actuated by the guide rod. The corrugated sheets are fixed inside the tube structure and stacked on the piston structure so as to form a sealing and pressure transmitting interface for the pressure switch. Therefore, the pressure switch has good sealing property, good buffering capacity, and enhanced mechanical response rate with the corrugated sheets and is suitable for precision pressure measurement and control in an environment with high pressure and high frequency vibration.

The application provides an electrical system with online sampling and check function and its check method for high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment, including electrical equipment, gas density relay, gas density sensor, temperature regulation mechanism, online check contact signal sampling unit and intelligent control unit. The temperature rise and fall of the temperature compensation element of the gas density relay is regulated through the temperature regulation mechanism to enable the contact action of the gas density relay of electrical equipment. The contact action is transmitted to the intelligent control unit through the online check contact signal sampling unit. The intelligent control unit detects the alarm and/or blocking contact signal operating value and/or return value according to the density value of the contact action; the check of the gas density relay can be completed without maintenance personnel on site, which greatly improves the reliability of the power grid and the work efficiency, and reduces the O&M cost. At the same time, it also realizes the mutual self-inspection between gas density relay and gas density sensor, and further realizes the maintenance-free.

A multi-condition sensor, comprising a housing defining a component cavity, a pressure input tube disposed through the housing, a fault actuator disposed within the component cavity of the housing and in pressure communication with the pressure input tube through the housing, wherein the fault actuator is configured to extend and contract as a function of pressure from the pressure input tube, an alarm actuator disposed within the component cavity of the housing opposite the fault actuator and configured to be actuated by the fault actuator and to extend to a maximum fault position, and an adjustable alarm contact disposed on an opposite side of the alarm actuator within the component cavity and configured to be adjusted to a predetermined extension length from the housing to provide a predetermined alarm contact position.

The detector comprises a housing comprising an access tube configured to receive a medium and a bellows fixed to the housing comprising a cavity and a first contact surface. The detector also comprises an adjustment screw positioned within the cavity of the bellows, coupled to the housing via an insulation member, and comprising a second contact surface. The detector is further configured to detect a change in pressure of the medium based on whether the first contact surface and the first contact surface are in electrical communication.

It has remote reading function to realize free maintenance and significantly improve the reliability of the power grid and the work efficiency, as well as reduces the O&M cost.
