Method for sealed fuse holder with ISO micro relay
A novel electrical box to house one or more ISO micro relays, is adapted to support IP67 and IP69K Ingress Protection ratings. The housing of the electrical box is molded with blade sockets that correspond to blade positions of the ISO micro relay. The housing is also molded with terminal seats and cylindrical openings which vary, depending on the blade socket, enabling terminals of different sizes, orientations, and positions relative to the respective blades, to be easily inserted into the back of the housing. The resulting position of the terminals ensures that electrical connections to the ISO micro relay are made and ingress protection of components inside the electrical box is ensured.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a first terminal, a fixing member, and a first adhesive. The base includes a first hole. The base is made of a thermosetting resin. The first terminal extends through the first hole. The fixing member is a separate body from the base. The fixing member has higher elasticity than the thermosetting resin. The fixing member fixes the first terminal to the base. The fixing member includes a first support wall and a first recess. The first support wall is disposed between an inner surface of the first hole and the first terminal. The first support wall extends upward along the first terminal. The first recess is disposed on an upper surface of the first support wall and faces the first terminal. The first adhesive is filled in the first recess. The first adhesive adheres the first terminal and the first support wall.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure includes a fixed terminal having a fixed contact, a movable contactor having a movable contact, a movable portion that moves the movable contactor between a first position and a second position, an electromagnet device that drives the movable portion, a contact container that contains the fixed contact and the movable contact, a housing that contains the contact container and has a first opening, a sealing material disposed in a path communicating with an outside of the electromagnetic relay, the path being between the housing and the contact container, and a heat conductive member disposed in a first region surrounded by the contact container, the housing, and the sealing material. When the movable contactor is at the first position, the fixed contact is not in contact with the movable contact, when the movable contactor is at the second position, the fixed contact is in contact with the movable contact, and a part of the fixed terminal is exposed to the outside from the first opening.
RUPTURE RESISTANT RELAY
A rupture resistant relay. The relay has an outer housing with contacts extending through the outer housing. An outer core is positioned in the outer housing. A cover member is provided on the outer core. The cover member and the outer core encapsulate an interior chamber. A support member extends over the cover member. The support member is integrally attached to the outer core. The cover member prevents components the cover member and components of the interior chamber from projecting out of the envelope of the outer housing when an explosion occurs in the interior chamber.
Seal structure of electronic device, electronic device provided with seal structure, and manufacturing method of electronic device
A seal structure of an electronic device is provided with: a housing in which a base and a case are sealed by a sealant and a closed space enclosed by the base and the case is provided; and at least one of terminals having a body and a leg. The base includes a terminal groove that accommodates the body, a through hole that accommodates the leg, and a placement area forming part that forms a placement area for the sealant together with the body, the leg, the terminal groove, and the through hole, the placement area extending from the outside of the housing toward the closed space through an interval between the through hole and the leg and an interval between the terminal groove and the body.
Relay
A relay has a first fixed contact, a second fixed contact, a movable touch piece including a first movable contact that is disposed facing the first fixed contact, and a second movable contact that is disposed facing the second fixed contact, the movable touch piece being disposed so as to be movable in a contact direction in which the first movable contact and the second movable contact come into contact with the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact and a separation direction in which the first movable contact and the second movable contact separate from the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact, and a drive device disposed in the contact direction with respect to the movable touch piece and configured to generate a driving force for moving the movable touch piece.
RELAY
A relay of the present disclosure includes an insulation cover, a first yoke plate, a contact assembly, a driving assembly and a pressure relief valve assembly. The first yoke plate is connected with the insulation cover and encloses a contact chamber with the insulation cover. The first yoke plate is provided with a pressure relief hole. The driving assembly is connected with the movable contact piece and configured to drive the movable contact piece move. The pressure relief valve assembly is arranged on the first yoke plate and configured to close the pressure relief hole when a gas pressure in the contact chamber is less than a threshold and configured to be broken to open the pressure relief hole when the gas pressure in the contact chamber is greater than or equal to the threshold.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a case, a first fixed terminal including a first fixed contact, a second fixed terminal including a second fixed contact, a movable contact piece including first and second movable contacts, a first magnet, a gas flow path, and a partition member. The case includes an accommodation space and a side wall covering the accommodation space in a first direction. The accommodation space includes a first space where the first fixed contact is disposed and a second space where the second fixed contact is disposed. The first magnet configured to extend a first arc generated between the first fixed contact and the first movable contact in the first direction. The gas flow path is disposed between the side wall and the movable contact piece. The gas flow path includes an inlet communicating with the first space and an outlet communicating with the second space.
Thermal isolation of flight recorder memory core
Various systems may benefit from appropriate thermal protection. For example, various flight recorder systems may benefit from thermal isolation of a flight recorder memory core. A system can include a memory core of a flight recorder. The system can also include an inner chamber housing the memory core. The system can further include an outer chamber housing the inner chamber with a vacuum between the inner chamber and the outer chamber. The system can additionally include a signal path from avionics equipment to the memory core through the outer chamber and the inner chamber. The system can also include a power path for the memory core through the outer chamber and the inner chamber.
