The present disclosure discloses a high-voltage DC relay comprising a cover, a main contact leading-out terminal, a coil bobbin, an auxiliary contact leading-out terminal and a coil leading-out terminal, wherein the cover and the coil bobbin are arranged up and down; two main contact leading-out terminals and two auxiliary contact leading-out terminals are respectively fixed on a top wall of the cover and their bottom ends respectively extend into a cavity of the cover; a winding shaft of the coil bobbin is vertically arranged; the coil leading-out terminal is mounted in a flange of the coil bobbin; the high-voltage DC relay also comprises a first connecting assembly and a second connecting assembly, wherein the first connecting assembly is composed of a first plastic element and a first conductive element, the second connecting assembly is composed of a second plastic element and a second conductive element.

A contact device includes a main contact mechanism including a pair of main stationary contact members and a main movable contact member; an auxiliary contact mechanism disposed at a position different from that of the main contact mechanism and including auxiliary stationary contact members and auxiliary movable contact members; a movable shaft configured to operate the main movable contact member and the auxiliary movable contact member in conjunction with each other; rod-shaped auxiliary terminals electrically connected to the auxiliary stationary contact members; a cover plate having holes through which the auxiliary terminals penetrate; an insulating case configured to house the main contact mechanism and the auxiliary contact mechanism and including an auxiliary terminal case section configured to separate the main contact mechanism and the auxiliary contact mechanism from each other; and a cylindrical body covering the insulating case exteriorly and joined to the cover plate.
Electronic switch device with ceramic sheets
An electronic switch device with ceramic sheets includes a base having a base board, and an installation side and a connection side are respectively formed on the top and the underside thereof. A first board extends perpendicularly from the base board. Multiple terminals extend from the connection side of the base board. A device is installed to the installation side. A sheet made of isolating composite material is connected to a portion of the top of the base board and the first side of the first board. A cover is mounted to installation side of the base board and accommodate the device and the sheet. The sheet isolates a portion of the device that may generate sparks from the base board.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes: a fixed terminal including a fixed terminal main body extending in a first direction, a fixed terminal arm portion, and two fixed contacts; a movable spring including two movable contacts, and extending in a second direction; a backstop; and a fixed terminal retainer. One of the fixed terminal main body and the fixed terminal arm portion is a first side terminal portion facing in the second direction, and the other is a second side terminal portion curving from a first edge of the first side terminal portion in a direction opposite to the second direction. A leg portion of the backstop is provided away from the first side terminal portion in the direction opposite to the second direction, and is provided between the two movable contacts on a projection plane with a perpendicular extending in the second direction when viewed from the first direction.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACTOR
There is provided an electromagnetic contactor that ensures appropriately preventing a foreign matter from invading an auxiliary contact mechanism housing chamber from a main contact mechanism housing chamber via a through-hole on a partition wall; and a foreign matter from invading the main contact mechanism housing chamber from the auxiliary contact mechanism housing chamber via the through-hole on the partition wall. With an electromagnetic contactor (1), a main contact mechanism housing chamber (A) and an auxiliary contact mechanism housing chamber (B) are partitioned by a partition wall (10). The partition wall (10) has a through-hole (10a) through which a coupling shaft (34) is inserted. A foreign matter invasion prevention mechanism (60) is provided at a peripheral area of the through-hole (10a).
CONTACT DEVICE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACT APPARATUS USING SAME
A contact device and an electromagnetic contactor using the contact device. The contact device has: a main contact including a pair of fixed contact elements arranged at a predetermined distance from each other and a movable contact element elastically supported by a connecting shaft and arranged to be contactable with and separable from the pair of fixed contact elements; an auxiliary contact arranged at a position different from the main contact and including a pair of fixed contacts arranged at a predetermined distance from each other and a movable contact connected to the connecting shaft and arranged to be contactable with and separable from the pair of fixed contacts; a contact housing configured to house the main contact and the auxiliary contact; and external connection terminals electrically connected to the pair of fixed contacts of the auxiliary contact and projecting from the contact housing.

An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet unit, a contact unit including a movable contact spring with a movable contact provided thereon and a fixed contact spring with a fixed contact provided thereon, and a base block configured to support the electromagnet unit and the contact unit, wherein the electromagnet unit is supported at a first face of the base block, and the contact unit is supported at a second face of the base block facing in an opposite direction from the first face, and wherein the base block includes a first insulating wall extending from the first face alongside the electromagnet unit and a second insulating wall extending from the second face alongside the contact unit, the second insulating wall being situated on an opposite side from the first insulating wall across the second face.
RELAY
A relay includes a base having a first contact area, a second contact area and a middle area between the first contact area and the second contact area; a pair of contact parts respectively arranged in the first contact area and the second contact area; each contact part including two sets of the movable contact part, each set of the movable contact part including a movable contact piece with a movable contact and a static contact on both ends, two movable contacts corresponding to two static contacts respectively in each contact part; and a magnetic circuit part on the middle area of the base for drive four movable contact pieces of the pair of contact parts through a push rod assembly to move, thereby realizing connection or disconnection of the movable contact and the static contact.
MULTI-POLE MOLDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH INSULATION BARRIER FOR ROTARY PIN
Provided is a multi-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) with an insulation barrier for a rotary pin, in which an insulation barrier is provided in a rotary pin for inter-phase power transmission to prevent dielectric breakdown. The multi-pole MCCB includes a shaft assembly having a movable contactor and having a plurality of rotary pin holes formed in a penetrating manner, a base assembly to which the shaft assembly is rotatably accommodated to be coupled, a switching mechanism coupled to an upper portion of the base assembly and rotating the shaft assembly, a plurality of rotary pins coupled to the plurality of rotary pin holes in a penetrating manner, and an insulation barrier formed of an insulating material and covering the plurality of rotary pins.
Contact apparatus and electromagnetic switch
A contact apparatus includes a fixed contact and a moving contact component. The moving contact component includes a push rod, a contact bracket, an insulated sleeve, a moving contact, and a contact spring. The insulated sleeve is fixedly sleeved on a first end of the push rod, a second end of the push rod is configured to connect a drive apparatus, the contact bracket is fixedly sleeved on the insulated sleeve, the moving contact and the contact spring are both flexibly sleeved on the insulated sleeve, the contact spring elastically abuts between the moving contact and the contact bracket, the moving contact and the fixed contact are disposed relative to each other in an extension direction of the push rod, and the moving contact can be driven by the push rod to be connected to the fixed contact.
