The case has an arc-extinguishing cavity. A first baffle in the arc-extinguishing cavity divides the arc-extinguishing cavity into a first arc-extinguishing chamber and a second arc-extinguishing chamber. The contact components are respectively located in the first arc-extinguishing chamber and the second arc-extinguishing chamber. In other words, the two groups of contact components are integrated into two arc-extinguishing chambers of one arc-extinguishing cavity and perform connection/disconnection drive by using a single drive system.
Electromagnetic relay and electromagnetic device
The electromagnetic relay includes a contact unit, an electromagnet, an armature unit, and a base. The contact unit includes a fixed contact and a movable spring including a movable contact. The armature unit is movable in accordance with excitation of the electromagnet to allow the movable contact to move between a closed position in contact with the fixed contact and an open position away from the fixed contact. The base holds the contact unit and the electromagnet on a certain surface side. The movable contact is placed between the base and the fixed contact in an arrangement direction in which the base and the electromagnet are arranged. The armature unit includes a press part which causes movement of the movable contact by applying a pressing force to a certain surface facing the fixed contact, of the movable spring.
Pluggable connecting device for contactors and a contactor
The present disclosure provides a pluggable connecting device for a contactor and a contactor, the contactor including a housing, a coil framework located inside the housing, the coil framework provided with a first and a second connecting sheet, and an electromagnetic coil wound on the coil framework, two ends of the electromagnetic coil electrically connected to the first and second connecting sheets. The pluggable connecting device includes an insulated connecting member, and a first and second conductive elements which are fixedly connected with the insulated connecting member. The first conductive element is provided with an insertion end and a wiring end which are arranged oppositely, the second conductive element is provided with an insertion end and a wiring end which are arranged oppositely, and the insertion ends of the first and second conductive elements are configured for connection with the first and second connecting sheets respectively in a pluggable manner.
SWITCHING APPLIANCE
A switching appliance that includes a first housing and a second housing on one side of the first housing to accommodate an auxiliary contact mechanism, the first housing having a lower housing, and an upper housing to accommodate a main contact mechanism; the auxiliary contact mechanism having a linkage member connected to the main contact mechanism; a mounting leg that extends to the side surface of the side wall of the lower housing is arranged at the bottom of the second housing; a first clamping groove in the side surface, facing the lower housing, of the mounting leg, and a second clamping groove opposite the first clamping groove formed in the side wall of the lower housing; the mounting leg is connected to the side wall of the lower housing through a connector, which fixes the second housing and the first housing.
Relay
A relay includes an armature, a yoke configured to be electromagnetically coupled to the armature, and a bracket-shaped clamping spring. The armature lies at least partially flat on the yoke, and a receiving depression is partly formed in the armature. The bracket-shaped clamping spring surrounds the armature and the yoke on an end face such that the armature is fixed on the yoke. The bracket-shaped clamping spring has a first clamping limb arranged in the receiving depression of the armature, and a second clamping limb lying on the yoke. The first clamping limb has an angled tab which engages elastically into a recess formed in the receiving depression of the armature.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACTOR
The present disclosure relates to a frame of an electromagnetic contactor, and more specifically, to an electromagnetic contactor having excellent coupling force between an arc box and a frame. The electromagnetic contactor, comprises: a lower frame; an upper frame coupled to the upper portion of the lower frame; and an arc cover coupled to the upper portion of the upper frame, wherein a first coupling part, is protrudingly formed on one surface of the lower frame, a second coupling part, connected to the first coupling part is protrudingly formed on one surface of the upper frame, and a third coupling part, connected to the second coupling part is protrudingly formed on one surface of the arc cover, wherein the fastening member is fastened by connecting the first coupling part, the second coupling part and the third coupling part.
RELAY HAVING BASE WITH MULTIPLE REGIONS IN WHICH A WINDING FRAME, MOVABLE TERMINAL, AND FIXED TERMINAL ARE ARRANGED
Provided is a relay having a structure for preventing deformation of a movable spring when it is caulked. A yoke of the relay has a protrusion for caulking inserted in the movable spring, and a bulge portion adjacent to the protrusion and having a height lower than a height of the protrusion. By providing the bulge portion to the yoke, the dimensional change in the caulking direction of the movable spring when the movable contact is caulked can be reduced.
SOCKET
A socket includes a housing including a connection surface to which an electronic device is connected, and a lever attached to the housing to be rotatable. The lever includes an operation portion that is rotatable between a first position and a second position and a contact portion that extends from the operation portion in a direction approaching the connection surface and rotates about the rotation axis together with the operation portion. The housing includes a restriction protrusion that comes into contact with a protruding portion protruding from the side portion of the electronic device toward the operation portion at the second position to restrict a movement of the electronic device in the first direction and in a direction away from the connection surface when the operation portion is rotated from the first position to the second position in a state where the electronic device is connected to the connection surface.
Base plate, electronic component, and method
A base plate for an electronic component, in particular an electronic relay, has a plate-shaped base body, in particular made of plastic, and at least one electrical contact. The electrical contact fully extends through the base body. At one end the electrical contact forms an electrical terminal of the electronic component, in particular of the relay. At another end the electrical contact has an electrically conductive connection section which can be connected to a circuit board without soldering, in particular by being pressed into the circuit board, to form a permanent electrical connection.
ARRANGEMENT AND MODULE FOR ELECTRICAL CONTACTOR ASSEMBLIES
An electrical contactor module includes a pair of contactor assemblies each having an input contact, an output contact spaced apart from the input contact, and a linear solenoid disposed proximate the input and output contacts. Each linear solenoid has a housing, a plunger disposed within the housing so as to permit axial displacement of the plunger between an open position in which an end of the plunger is spaced apart from the input and output contacts and a closed position in which the end mechanically contacts and electrically couples the input and output contacts, a spring for biasing the plunger in the open position, and a coil within the housing for urging the plunger from the open position to the closed position along a linear direction. The contactor assemblies are fastened and arranged within an enclosure, with the linear directions for the contactor assemblies pointing in generally opposite directions.
