Self-holding magnet with a particularly low electric trigger voltage

A self-holding magnet has a spring (accumulator spring) and a first armature. The self-holding magnet is capable of holding the first magnet armature against the spring force in a lift position which is determined by a stop. The magnetic circuit of the self-holding magnet has a magnetic shunt with particularly low reluctance of the same order of magnitude as a series reluctance of the remaining working air gap(s). The working air gap(s) and the shunt are magnetically connected in parallel with the flow generated by a permanent magnet but in series with the flow generated by the trigger coil. The self-holding magnet additionally has at least one positive feedback device such as a compressible resilient stop or a shunt.

MOBILE PART OF AN ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATOR FOR AN ELECTRIC CONTACTOR, ACTUATOR COMPRISING SUCH A PART AND CONTACTOR

This flat piece includes a first stage intended to face towards a fixed part of the actuator and a second stage, side-by-side with the first stage along an axis of movement of the mobile part. A solid section of the second stage, measured in a plane perpendicular to the axis of movement of the mobile part, is smaller than a solid section of the first stage.

A movable core includes a movable core tubular portion in which a movable core hole is defined. The movable core hole is a space into which the fixed core tapered portion and the fixed core circular portion can enter. The movable core tubular portion includes: a movable core cylindrical portion having a constant inner diameter; and a movable core tapered tubular portion having an inner diameter decreased from an end of the movable core cylindrical portion in a non-attraction direction.

Polar relay

A polar relay is provided including: an insulation housing, an armature assembly, and a coil assembly. The armature assembly is pivotably mounted within the insulation housing. The armature assembly is rotatable between a first position and a second position, with one end of the iron core in contact with one armature of the pair of armatures while the other end of the iron core is spaced apart from and thus out of contact with the pair of armatures by corresponding gaps therebetween. The gaps are provided without providing a magnetic isolation plate between or applying an isolation layer onto contact layers of the armature and the iron core. The armature assembly is rotatable around a vertical pivot axis, avoiding changing a position of the pivot point during the movement of the iron core, stabilizing the action of the armature assembly, and ensuring the continuity of the action of the product.
