DUAL PARALLEL MOVEABLE ELECTRICAL CONTACTS/RELAYS
A system includes a mechanical switching device having a first moveable contact operatively connected to selectively contact a first static contact. A second moveable contact is operatively connected to selectively contact a second static contact that is electrically connected in parallel with the first static contact. The first and second moveable contacts are mechanically connected to each other to move between a closed circuit position and an open circuit position. The first moveable contact contacts the first static contact before the second moveable contact contacts the second static contact as the first and second moveable contacts move into the closed circuit position from the open circuit position. The first moveable contact disconnects from the first static contact after the second moveable contact disconnects from the second static contact as the first and second moveable contacts move from the closed circuit position into the open circuit position.

A high-voltage DC relay with an auxiliary contact, includes two stationary contacts, a movable contact piece, a pushing rod, a coil assembly, a movable iron core and an auxiliary contact, the movable iron core is disposed in the coil assembly and is capable of moving up and down and is fixedly connected with the pushing rod; the movable contact piece is movably connected with the pushing rod and cooperates with the two stationary contacts; the auxiliary contact includes two auxiliary springs, each of the two auxiliary springs is provided with a lead-out pin, the pushing rod is provided with an insulating portion and a conductive portion which are adjacent to each other in a vertical direction, as the pushing rod is moved up and down, the two auxiliary springs clamp the conductive portion or the insulating portion of the pushing rod to make the auxiliary contact close or open.
AUXILIARY CONTACT UNIT
An auxiliary contact unit including: a pair of fixed contact pieces; a movable contact piece arranged in a contactable and separable manner to and from the pair of fixed contact pieces; an auxiliary contact support configured to hold the movable contact piece and move in conjunction with opening/closing operation of an electromagnetic contactor; and a unit case configured to house the pair of fixed contact pieces, the movable contact piece, and the auxiliary contact support in a housing portion formed with joining portions of respective ones of a first case member and a second case member opposed to each other, wherein the joining portions of the respective ones of the first and second case members are air-tightly joined to each other.

The static contact bridges is arranged on the housing, the moving contact bridge is movably arranged in the housing between a conduction position where the moving contact bridge is conducted with the static contact bridges and a disconnection position where the moving contact bridge is disconnected from the static contact bridges, and the pushing mechanism is connected with the moving contact bridge and used for pushing the moving contact bridge to move between the conduction position and the disconnection position; the detection assembly comprises an auxiliary moving contact bridge and an auxiliary static contact bridge, the auxiliary moving contact bridge is connected with the pushing mechanism, the auxiliary static contact bridge is arranged on the housing, the auxiliary moving contact bridge is connected with the auxiliary static contact bridge when the moving contact bridge is at the conduction position, and the auxiliary moving contact bridge is disconnected from the auxiliary static contact bridge when the moving contact bridge is at the disconnection position.

A contactor (1) comprising a first contact member (3) fixed and connected to a first conductor (5) of an electrical circuit; a second contact member (7) connected to a second conductor (9) of the electrical circuit by a connector (11); wherein the second contact member moves between a break position, in which the first and second contact members are out of contact, and a make position, in which the first and second contact members are in contact; an actuator assembly (15) coupled to the second contact member such that actuation of the actuator assembly translates into movement of the second contact member; an electromagnetic arrangement comprising an electromagnetic coil (17) and at least a part of the actuator assembly, wherein, when the coil is energised, the coil generates a magnetic field and thereby the actuation assembly is caused to move under the influence of the magnetic field, which in turn causes the second contact member to move; a hermetically sealable enclosure (2); wherein the first and second contact members, the connector, and the actuation assembly are inside the enclosure; and the coil is outside the enclosure.

The disclosure relates to an electromagnetic switch, comprising: an armature; a slider configured to manually move to actuate the armature; and a deformable force transfer element positioned between the slider and the armature, wherein the slider is configured to be pressed against the deformable force transfer element to actuate the armature with a press force, and wherein the deformable force transfer element is configured to deform when a press force threshold value is exceeded to limit a transferable force from the slider onto the armature.

A contactor includes a first actuator, a compressive element moveably coupling the first actuator to a rigid portion of the contactor, a shaft configured to move toward the rigid portion when the contactor is in an energized state and to move away from the rigid portion when the contactor is in a de-energized state, a second actuator fixedly coupled to the shaft, and a common contact extending between the first actuator and the second actuator, the common contact being moveable with respect to a first contact, wherein the compressive element is configured to press the first actuator against the common contact, and wherein the first actuator is configured to electrically connect the common contact and the first contact when the contactor is in the de-energized state, and the second actuator is configured to electrically disconnect the common contact and the first contact when the contactor is in the energized state.
