A contact mechanism includes: a movable touch piece that includes a caulking portion, a pair of arms forked from the caulking portion and respectively having free ends, first and second movable contacts provided at the respective free ends of the pair of arms, and a coupler configured to couple the free ends of the pair of arms; and first and second fixed contacts disposed respectively facing the first and second movable contacts contactably to or separably from the first and second movable contacts.

RELAY
20170309430 · 2017-10-26 ·

A relay includes a movable block, a base substrate, and a coil block. The movable block is provided rotatably around a rotational axis of the movable block. The movable block includes a plurality of sliders. The base substrate is disposed opposite the movable block in the rotational axis direction of the movable block, and contacts the sliders. The base substrate includes a plurality of contactors that come into contact with the sliders. The coil block includes a coil that generates electromagnetic force by electric conduction to rotate the movable block with respect to the base substrate. As the movable block rotates, continuity is switched between the sliders and the contactors.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes: an electromagnet; a twin contact set that includes first twin contacts provided on a first movable spring, and second twin contacts that are provided on a first fixed contact plate and disposed opposite to the first twin contacts; a single contact set that includes a first single contact provided on a second movable spring, and a second single contact that is provided on a second fixed contact plate and disposed opposite to the first single contact; and a card that moves in response to excitation or non-excitation of the electromagnet, and moves the first and the second movable springs simultaneously with the movement of the card.

Direct-current relay resistant to short-circuit current

A DC relay resistant to short-circuit current includes two stationary contact leading-out terminals, a push rod component and a straight sheet type movable spring mounted on the push rod component. Upper magnetizers arranged in a width direction of the movable spring are mounted above a preset position of the movable spring. Lower magnetizers arranged mounted below the preset position can move with the movable spring. At least one through hole is provided in the movable spring at the preset position, so that the upper magnetizers and the lower magnetizers can approach one to another or come into contact with each other through the through holes; and at least two independent magnetically conductive loops are formed in the width direction of the movable spring by the upper magnetizers and the lower magnetizers.

RELAY HAVING TWO ELECTRICALLY PARALLEL CONTACT SPRINGS
20170250045 · 2017-08-31 ·

A relay with two current paths thermally connected in parallel is particularly fail-safe. In case of a failure of one main contact, the additional load current is led via the remaining functioning main contact. The failed main contact as well as the thermal connection between the two main contacts then serve as heat sinks, whereby the relay can continue to operate.
