The coils may be parallel and aligned. The coil assembly conductors may be at least partially disposed within the coil housing. The first coil circuitry may be connected to the first coil and may generate first coil signals. The leakage detection circuitry may be connected to the other coils and may generate a leakage signal. The processor may receive the first coil and leakage signals, determine whether an arc fault exists from the first coil signals, determine whether a ground fault exists from the leakage signal, and generate a first trigger signal if a fault is determined.

By means of the gear rack transmission mechanism of the residual-current protection device, reduction transmission can be effected, driving force needed by energy storage may be reduced, and thus design requirements as high transmission efficiency, easy processing and assembly as well as low costs can be satisfied.

The processor may receive the first coil signals, receive the leakage signal, determine whether an arc fault exists based on the first coil signals, determine whether a ground fault exists based on the leakage signal, and generate a first trigger signal if a fault is determined to exist.

After a current that flows from one end of the circuit breaker body flows through the current detection unit, the current flows into another end of the circuit breaker body. The current detection unit includes a voltage drop detection assembly and a signal output terminal. The voltage drop detection assembly includes a first voltage sampling point and a second voltage sampling point, where the first voltage sampling point and the second voltage sampling point are coupled to the signal output terminal.

The appliance may include a controller operative to control operation of the appliance, a load in operative communication with the controller, and a PCB. The PCB may include a first trace supplying AC power to the load, a second trace supplying a return path for the AC power, a third trace supplying an alternate return path for the AC power, and current sensing circuitry. The current sensing circuitry may be configured to sense leakage current between the first trace and the third trace, with the leakage current being indicative of declining trace integrity of the PCB.

Each output moving contact arm is formed integrally and fixed to the detector assembly, and the output ends of the output moving contact arms are directly connected to the output conductor wires. The device has a simple overall structure and can be reliably assembled. By using integrally formed output moving contact arms to directly couple the input and output, it improves the accuracy of the leakage current detection parameters, reduces internal transfers and solder points, and reduces the size and cost of the plug.
