Fuse holder, carrier and associated method
A fuse holder for holding a fuse is provided that includes a body, a line side connector supported by the body, and a load side connector supported by the body. The fuse holder also includes a toggle switch supported by the body and capable of toggled engagement in a first position that provides electrical connection. The switch is also capable of toggled engagement in a second position that provides electrical isolation between the line side connector and the load side connector. The fuse holder also includes a fuse carrier. The fuse carrier is supported by the body and adapted for holding the fuse and the fuse carrier is adapted to be removed from the fuse holder. The fuse holder includes a blocking device blocking the toggled engagement of the switch from the second position to the first position when the fuse carrier is not within the fuse holder.
Housing attached to multi-pole fusible link, fuse, and fuse box
The present invention provides a housing, fuse, and fuse box, with which it is possible to differentiate a multi-pole fusible link and prevent misassembly, while holding down costs. This housing is attached to a multi-pole fusible link contained within a containing part of a fuse box, and is provided with misassembly-preventing protrusions which are removable according to the type of multi-pole fusible link, the locations of the misassembly-preventing protrusions corresponding to the locations of recesses which are provided to the containing part that is to contain the multi-pole fusible link, and in which the misassembly-preventing protrusions can be contained.
Fuse holder and carrier
A fuse holder for holding a fuse is provided. The fuse holder includes a body, a line side connector supported by the body, and a load side connector supported by the body. The fuse holder also includes a fuse carrier supported by the body. The fuse carrier is adapted for holding the fuse and the fuse carrier is adapted to be removed from the fuse holder. The fuse carrier defines a longitudinal axis thereof. The fuse carrier is separable from the body in a direction along the longitudinal axis of the fuse carrier.
Fuse arrangement
A fuse arrangement includes a first safety fuse and a second safety fuse connected electrically in parallel with each other. The fuse arrangement also includes an end plate mechanically coupled to the first and second safety fuses to form a structural unit so that both safety fuses must be inserted/removed to/from an electrical power distribution installation at the same time. Furthermore, the electrical parallel connection of the two safety fuses, rather than a single relatively larger safety fuse, may allow the maximum current strength of an electrical power distribution installation to be maintained while the current is split between the two safety fuses so the size of the fuse arrangement may be reduced.

Lift mechanism systems and methods
The invention includes a display positioning assembly comprising a support, a display supported by the support, and a balance mechanism carried by the display and operatively connected to the support. The invention also includes an article for selectively exposing a display comprising a generally planar support surface having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. A balance mechanism operatively connected to a display may be positionable between a storage position proximate the first side of the generally planar support surface and an exposed position proximate the second side of the generally planar support surface. The invention also includes an assembly for arresting the free fall of an object. The assembly may comprise an outer slide in sliding or rolling engagement with an inner slide, and a brake comprising at least one pivot member may be coupled to the inner slide.
