Electric fuse
A safety fuse for use in a motor vehicle includes which fuse comprises a first contact metal portion, a second contact metal portion and a melting metal section connecting the first contact portion to the second contact portion. The melting section is enclosed by a casing made from a non-conductive material and includes two hollow half-shells provided with mutual coupling elements, each half-shell having an inner surface facing the melting section and an outer surface facing outside of the fuse. At least one of the half-shells is provided on at least part of the inner surface of an alveolar structure with open cells in the direction of the melting section. The alveolar structure is formed by a plurality of walls protruding from the inner surface and intersected with each other.
PROTECTION RELAY DEVICE AND POWER CONVERSION SYSTEM
A protection relay device includes a housing and a fuse unit. The fuse unit includes a connection conductor, an input conductor connected to the connection conductor and receiving an external power, a fuse connected to the connection conductor, and an external device connection conductor connected to the fuse on a side opposite to the input conductor, and to which an external device is connected. A short-circuit induction conductor is provided on at least one of the input conductor on a side opposite to the fuse and the flapper portion, the short-circuit induction conductor protruding toward the other of the input conductor and the flapper portion.
PROTECTION RELAY DEVICE AND POWER CONVERSION SYSTEM
A protection relay device includes a housing and a fuse unit. The fuse unit includes a connection conductor, an input conductor connected to the connection conductor and receiving an external power, a fuse connected to the connection conductor, and an external device connection conductor connected to the fuse on a side opposite to the input conductor, and to which an external device is connected. A short-circuit induction conductor is provided on at least one of the input conductor on a side opposite to the fuse and the flapper portion, the short-circuit induction conductor protruding toward the other of the input conductor and the flapper portion.
Protection device and battery pack
A protection device and a battery pack are provided, the protection device includes multiple terminal electrodes including a first terminal electrode and a second terminal electrode; a fusible conductor, where a lower surface of the fusible conductor is disposed on the first and second terminal electrodes, and the fusible conductor is supported by the first and second terminal electrodes, and two ends of the fusible conductor are electrically connected to the first and second terminal electrodes, respectively; and a first heat generating element, where one end of the first heat generating element is coupled to another surface of the fusible conductor different to the lower surface, or one end of the first heat generating element is coupled to a surface of any one of the first and second terminal electrodes.
Electric fuse

A fuse including a first housing part and a second housing part that are joined together to define a cavity, a fuse element disposed within the cavity, a first terminal extending from a first end of the fuse element and out of the housing, and a second terminal extending from a second end of the fuse element and out of the housing, the housing having a vent channel extending from an outer surface of the housing to the cavity for allowing vapor to escape from the cavity.

A fuse including a first housing part and a second housing part that are joined together to define a cavity, a fuse element disposed within the cavity, a first terminal extending from a first end of the fuse element and out of the housing, and a second terminal extending from a second end of the fuse element and out of the housing, the housing having a vent channel extending from an outer surface of the housing to the cavity for allowing vapor to escape from the cavity.

Chip fuse and method for producing same
Provided is a chip fuse and a method for producing the same, which is improved to facilitate balanced release of impact and vapor generated upon fusion. The chip fuse includes a fuse body having a pair of facing upper and lower ceramic substrates, a fuse wire support having a vertical through hole in its center and held between the ceramic substrates, and a fuse wire mounted between the two ends of the fuse wire support across the through hole, and a pair of metal caps fitted on the two ends of the fuse body, wherein the upper ceramic substrate and the fuse wire support, and the lower ceramic substrate and the fuse wire support, are respectively adhered together on their mutually facing surfaces to hermetically close the through hole, partially leaving a non-adhered region on the adhered surfaces.
