Key structure and rubber dome thereof

A key structure includes a keycap, a membrane circuit board, and a rubber dome between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The rubber dome includes a ring-shaped structure, a lower foundation structure, a contacting post, a first inclined wall and a second inclined wall. The ring-shaped structure includes a first top surface. The first top surface is upwardly pushed against the keycap. The lower foundation structure includes a first bottom surface. The first bottom surface is pushed downwardly pushed against the membrane circuit board. The contacting post is connected with the ring-shaped structure. The first inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the lower foundation structure. The second inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the contacting post. There is a first included angle θ1 between the second inclined wall and the first bottom surface. Preferably, 30°≤θ1≤85°.

TOUCH PAD STRUCTURE

A touch pad structure includes a touch pad, a dome switch, and a buffer film. The touch pad includes a fulcrum end and a moving end opposite to the fulcrum end, and the touch pad has an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface. The dome switch is disposed at the moving end and connected to the inner surface of the touch pad. The dome switch includes a switch body and a convex portion protruding from the switch body. The buffer film is attached to the inner surface of the touch pad and the dome switch. The buffer film covers the dome switch and has a perforation, and the convex portion of the dome switch is located inside the perforation.

The pivot portion is pivoted to the first casing. A side of the movable portion facing the second casing is provided with a trigger. The elastic element is located between the first casing and the second casing. The elastic element has a first end and a second end. The button is aligned to the trigger and abuts against the first end of the elastic element. The adjusting element rotatably and movably penetrates through the second casing and is aligned to the button. The adjusting element abuts against the second end of the elastic element.

TOUCH PAD STRUCTURE

A touch pad structure includes a first casing, a second casing, a touch pad, an elastic element, a button, and an adjusting element. The first casing has an opening and is disposed on the second casing. The touch pad is disposed in the opening. The touch pad has a pivot portion and a movable portion. The pivot portion is pivoted to the first casing. A side of the movable portion facing the second casing is provided with a trigger. The elastic element is located between the first casing and the second casing. The elastic element has a first end and a second end. The button is aligned to the trigger and abuts against the first end of the elastic element. The adjusting element rotatably and movably penetrates through the second casing and is aligned to the button. The adjusting element abuts against the second end of the elastic element.

A push-button switch and a transportation vehicle in which the disclosed push-button switch is inserted. The push-button switch has a keycap, a base plate, a switching element, a first lever and a second lever. The first lever and the second lever are each mounted for rotation on the base plate by a pivot bearing and are each movably connected to the keycap at a first lever end. The first lever and the second lever are movably connected to one another at a second lever end. The switching element is arranged on the keycap so the switching element is actuated by the second lever end of the first lever or by the second lever end of the second lever.

The actuator arms cooperate with the upper panel and the lower frame to maintain the upper panel horizontal during its movement relative to the lower support frame.
