The first backlight source is configured to emit a first backlight of the first color toward the character area. The second backlight source is configured to emit a second backlight of a second color toward the character area, wherein the second color is different from the first color. As a result, the key module could display the light of different colors based on different operations, thereby being distinguishable from the color of the light emitted by the adjacent key module.
BACKLIGHT MODULE AND INPUT APPARATUS
A backlight module includes a reflection layer, a light guide plate and a mask layer. The light guide plate is disposed on the reflection layer and includes a light guide body, a first and a second opening structures. The first opening structure including a first closed end, the first closed end has two first branches. The second opening structure includes a second closed end, the first closed end and the second closed end face each other, at least one of the two first branches of the first closed end partially overlaps the second closed end along a first axis, the two first branches are located on two sides of the second closed end along a second axis, and the first axis is perpendicular to the second axis. The light guide plate is disposed between the reflection layer and the mask layer.
KEYBOARD BACKLIGHT MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A keyboard backlight module includes a light-guiding sheet, a circuit board, a light-emitting element, a reflective sheet and a release film. The circuit board is located on a surface of the light-guiding sheet, and the reflective sheet is located on another surface of the light-guiding sheet opposite to the circuit board. The light-emitting element is located between the circuit board and the light-guiding sheet, and disposed on the circuit board. The light-emitting element emits light into the light-guiding sheet. The release film is located on the light-guiding sheet and the circuit board, and transfers a glue layer on the surface of the light-guiding sheet. The light-guiding sheet includes a plurality of illuminated patterns, and the keyboard backlight module adjusts the illumination uniformity of the light through the reflective sheet, the glue layer and the plurality of illuminated patterns.
Key structure and keyboard using the same
A key structure and a keyboard using the same are disclosed. The key structure includes a bottom plate, a keycap, a lifting mechanism, a backlight module, a fixer and a fixing portion. The lifting mechanism pivotally connects the bottom plate and the keycap. The backlight module is disposed on the bottom plate and is provided with a through hole, a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The through hole is extended to the second surface from the first surface. The fixer presses the first surface. The fixing portion presses the fixer on the bottom plate.
ACCESSORY FOR PRESENTING INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH AN APPLICATION
A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, an accessory having a plurality of tactile-sensitive buttons, a plurality of light sources, wherein each light source emits a controllable spectrum of light through a corresponding one of the plurality of tactile-sensitive buttons, and a controller coupled to the plurality of tactile-sensitive buttons, and the plurality of light sources. The controller can be operable to detect tactile contact of each of the plurality of tactile-sensitive buttons, receive status information associated with a video game, and adjust the spectrum of light emitted by at least a portion of the plurality of light sources according to the status information to indicate one or more aspects of the video game. Additional embodiments are disclosed.
CONTROL DEVICE HAVING AN INTEGRAL REFLECTING STRUCTURE FOR A SENSING CIRCUIT
A wall-mounted keypad may include a light detector circuit located inside the keypad that is configured to measure an ambient light level in a space. The light detector circuit may receive ambient light through an aperture that is hidden from view by the keypad. The keypad may include a reflector for directing ambient light onto the light detector circuit. The keypad may include an enclosure that houses the light detector circuit. The enclosure may define a recess that exposes at least a portion of the light detector circuit. The enclosure may include a reflector that may focus ambient light received through the aperture onto the light detector circuit. The keypad may include a control circuit that may be configured to illuminate the indicia of respective buttons of the control device in response to actuations of the one or more buttons, in accordance with the measured ambient light level.
CONTROL DEVICE HAVING BUTTONS WITH MULTIPLE-LEVEL BACKLIGHTING
A control device may have a plurality of buttons that may be backlit to multiple levels, such as first, second, and third adjacent buttons positioned in order, and first, second, and third LEDs positioned to illuminate a respective button. The control device may be configured to illuminate the first LED to a first LED illumination intensity to illuminate the respective button to a first surface illumination intensity; illuminate the third LED to a second LED illumination intensity to illuminate the respective button to a second surface illumination intensity; and illuminate the second LED to a third LED illumination intensity to illuminate the respective button to the second surface illumination intensity. The third LED illumination intensity may be less than the second LED illumination intensity, which may be less than the first LED illumination intensity, and the second surface illumination intensity may be less than the first surface illumination intensity.
