Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display device. The display device includes: a display panel; a control circuit board; and a rotary knob assembly connected to the control circuit board. The rotary knob assembly includes a rotary rod and a rotary knob cap, the rotary rod is connected to the rotary knob cap, and the rotary knob cap is configured to drive the rotary rod to rotate. The display panel is connected to the control circuit board, the rotary knob assembly is configured for generating a signal according to an action of the rotary knob cap and transmitting the signal to the control circuit board, and the control circuit board is configured for controlling the display panel to display according to the signal.

An electronic watch may include a tactile switch and/or one or more sensors for detecting rotational and translational inputs. The watch may include a display configured to produce graphical outputs that may change in response to rotational inputs, translational inputs, and/or touch inputs received at the display. The watch include a crown positioned along an exterior of the watch enclosure and a shaft coupled to the crown and extending into the enclosure. An input detecting device includes: an input receiver configured to receive position input; a position detector included in the input receiver and configured to detect at least a position of the position input; a rotary portion rotatably attached to the input receiver and configured to move between a standby position spaced apart from the input receiver and an advanced position closer than the standby position to the input receiver; a rotation detectable portion configured to be rotated relative to the input receiver together with the rotary portion and whose position is detectable by the position detector; and a push detectable portion whose position is detectable by the position detector when the rotary portion is positioned at one of the standby position and the advanced position.

Electrical switch devices are installed at in-wall electrical boxes of a building. Each device features a switch module with multiple electrically controlled switches for respective connection of multiple load circuits. A control panel with a user interface is mountable over the electrical box and is connected or connectable to the switch module. A communications transceiver of each device is operable to transmit and receive communications to and from each of the other devices. The control panel has a touch-screen display, and is configured to display virtual on-screen switches, including at least one virtual switch whose output is assigned to a respective one of the electrically controlled switches of the other devices. The at least one virtual switch at one device is thereby operable to control at least one load at another of said devices. User selected names are assignable to the switches, and used to label the virtual switches.

SWITCH
The problem to be addressed is to provide a highly safe and compact switch that is adapted to improvements in portability, weight reduction and size reduction of machines, or the like. An operating part has a button covering the upper part of a cylindrical housing that receives a downward pushing operation and a rotational operation. A contact unit part has contacts which open by being coupled to the downward pushing operation of the button. A twisting coil spring is disposed on the interior of the button, one end being joined to the housing, and the other end being joined to the button. A latch part disposed to the interior of the twisting coil spring, has a plunger coil spring that expands and contracts in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the downward pushing operation, and when a downward pushing operation is performed on the button, causes a sliding rod to slide along an inner wall of the housing while being displaced in the direction of the downward pushing operation.

A rotary electronic component includes a base member, a shaft attached to the base member so as to be rotatable around an axis, and a regulating member that regulates a rotation angle of the shaft. The shaft includes a flange section including a projecting sections and recessed sections alternately disposed in a circumferential direction. The regulating member includes a contact member in contact with the projecting sections and the recessed sections of the flange section of the shaft, and a biasing member that biases the contact member radially inwardly toward the shaft.
