Further, a self-centering device is provided which comprises a button part and a base part, the button part and the base part of the self-centering device cooperating in the rest position of the pushbutton so as to position the pushbutton in a centered position with respect to the base.
Games controller and trigger therefor
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a games controller for controlling electronic games, input device for a computer program and a trigger mechanism therefor. The trigger mechanism comprises a trigger body having a plurality of walls defining an internal chamber. The plurality of walls include a base wall and an orifice defined in the base wall. A detent is detachably mounted on the trigger body. The detent is at least partially received in the orifice and the detent is rotatable with respect to the trigger body. The detent comprises at least one abutment surface which is eccentrically arranged with respect to the rotational axis of the detent.
REMOTE CONTROLLER NAVIGATION INTERFACE ASSEMBLY
An apparatus for interacting with a graphical user interface, including: a printed circuit board, a plurality of push detection elements disposed on or over the top surface of the printed circuit board, wherein four push detection elements are arranged orthogonally from each other in the cardinal directions, a flexible pad layer disposed on or over the plurality of push detection elements, a navigation key disposed over and covering the four push detection elements, wherein the bottom surface of the navigation key has an annular-shaped cavity, four plungers, each one of the four plungers disposed above a respective one of the four push detection elements and configured to actuate a respective push detection element when a corresponding plunger is actuated, and at least one post disposed in an angular region between two plungers of adjacent cardinal directions.
Four-way switch including malfunction prevention structure
A four-way switch including a knob configured to be tilted in four directions to perform a switching operation in the four directions; a housing to which the knob is attached in a tiltable manner; a stopper formed on a surface of the housing so as to protrude by a predetermined height, the stopper being configured to limit a downward motion of the knob by contacting a portion of a lower surface of the knob while the knob is tilted; a guide protrusion formed on the lower surface of the knob so as to protrude by a predetermined length; and a guide groove portion formed on the surface of the housing so as to protrude by a predetermined height so as to face the guide protrusion, the guide groove portion including a recess portion having a structure that engages with the guide protrusion.
KEY MODULE FOR A KEYBOARD AND KEYBOARD
A key module (110) for a keyboard is presented. The key module (110) comprises a key tappet (220). The key tappet (220) comprises a coupling portion (322) for coupling with a keycap for the key module (110). The key tappet (220) comprises at least one guiding portion (326, 328) for guiding a translational actuation movement of the key tappet (220) between a rest position and an actuated position. The key tappet (220) comprises at least one tappet stop (324) for limiting the actuation movement. The key module (110) also comprises a trigger element (350) for triggering a switch signal of the key module (110) in response to the actuation movement. The trigger element (350) is attachable to the key tappet (220). The key module (110) further comprises a module housing (230), wherein the module housing (230) is integrally formed. The module housing (230) comprises at least one positioning protrusion (334) for positioning the key module (110) and a circuit substrate of the keyboard. The module housing (230) is formed to movably accommodate the key tappet (220), in order to enable the actuation movement of the key tappet (220) relative to the module housing (230). The module housing (230) comprises at least one housing stop (332) for abutment against the at least one tappet stop (324) of the key tappet (220) in the rest position of the key tappet (220). Moreover, the key module (110) comprises elastic means (340). The elastic means (340) is configured to bias the key tappet (220) into the rest position in an assembled state of the key module (110).
